      I simply want access to the courses I purchased when it was under the name Rich Girl Collective. I thought it was lifetime access to the courses we purchased. Its been awhile since I logged in but I been working on other things. Now, Im seeing they have been rebranded to a new name. I simply just what what I paid for. I didnt see any results out of the group nor promises made while in the membership were upheld. Some of the staff were rude when they were asked questions. I personally never had to experience that was I didnt like how they talked to ppl so I left but it still doesnt mean I should be cut off from what I have already paid for before they changed their name.

      This company is a fraud and have rebranded themselves CEO InsideHER. Laughable. This company states they can help women leave their corporate job and work for themselves if you follow a ‘blueprint’ they have laid out. The funny thing is they beat around the bush about the ‘blueprint’ so you never really get the full recipe to the secret sauce… so I canceled… and as of today, I still haven’t gotten refunded from several charges for a subscription I once had with the company. Oddly I had received a sorry to see you go email. So how does that work? I cancel you send a goodbye email though continue to take my money? All after I went through the proper channels to cancel. Why is it okay for you to take someone’s hard earned money in this way?!

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wasn’t going to post a negative review at all. I have moved on, found a different coach, and I am now making 6+ figures. However the reason I am posting today is because from time to time people are still inboxing me saying, “I see you’re no longer in the group (Rich Girl Collective). Did the same thing happen to you?” During the time I was in her groups, I noticed that ******* and her staff were very nasty. I was a PAYING member who purchased not one, but several of her courses. I always read the material in the course but from time to time, I needed clarification on the material. I would then get banned from commenting on posts for days and sometimes weeks at a time for no reason. Even after that, I still purchased courses from her. Never once was I disrespectful or out of line. If I emailed support asking why I couldn’t comment, they would play dumb saying, “I dont know what’s wrong. Did you change your Facebook settings?” I knew for a FACT that I never touched my FB settings. This had happened several times until I got fed up. Since I’d just made a monthly membership payment, I knew that my membership was valid until the next payment was due. I told them that at the end of that month, I would be canceling my membership. They canceled my membership immediately, kicked me out of the groups, & I never got a refund. I also lost access to all of the material that I had purchased. She also loved threatening members of the group saying that if they ever stole her material, she will sic her lawyers on them. I’m like how, when most of the information that you are providing can be found for free on YouTube? She treats the members of RGC like second-class citizens, when in fact, many of us are already professional women looking for additional income streams. Sure you may have a few bad apples in any group, but the majority of the women in her group are NOT there for “FREE” info. She treats her PAYING members like crap. Stay away!

       

      I had to create another review, since I was unable to respond directly to ******** response to my initial review.Oh so you DID see the nice comments I left for you back then? Well if you saw that I purchased several courses from you and also complimented you, why was I treated so poorly when I did nothing wrong? As I stated before, I never disrespected you or anybody else in that group. Yet you continued to disable my ability to post in the group for days and weeks at a time. I still have several emails of when I reached out to you asking why I was being treated poorly even though I did nothing wrong. You never responded-in spite of the fact that you claimed emails would be answered within ***** hours. A few days after I paid my membership fee, I sent an email to you stating that I would go ahead and finish out the month, but I would be canceling at the end of the month. I never would have canceled if you werent so nasty. Instead of you allowing me to continue with the month that I paid for, you immediately kicked me out. I lost access to all of the courses that I purchased from you. Who cares if its 2022? I tried to leave a review back in 2019, but you disabled that feature on your ******** page when people started leaving you one star reviews. You made it so that no one could leave reviews. It wasnt until recently that I saw the reviews on the BBB and decided to add my own. I understand you having to deal with a few bad apples in the group, but I was never one of them. You were 100% wrong in how you handled things with me. There are many other coaches I could have learned from but I chose you because I wanted to support you. I wasnt there to hurt you. I would never treat a client of mine this way. I value all of my clients and business partners, because without them, I wouldnt have the success that I enjoy today. Anyway, I hope youve changed over the years and that you will never treat one of your paying supporters this way again.

      The odd thing is you left the group in 2019, so why are you just putting a negative comment in 2022.Also, what's also odd is I have several screenshots of testimonials that you posted in my group about me and my training.
