    On November 14, 2023 .left laptop for EXPRESS service .$125/ hour November 25th , was texted that laptop almost ready No response to various status requests as of 12/18 ..I need my laptop for end of year business . Requested pick up . NO RESONSE .HAVE HAD MY LAPTOP OVER 35 dats for a simple hard drive replacement ..The will not even communicate with me RADIO SILENT I am so sorry I did not Check them out on your site before .. I have used then once before and had a 3 day turn around on repair . Not sure what is going on with this place . ? I want my laptop back , preferably repaired , but back ASAP can you help me . please ? Thank you .

    12/16/2023 125$I signed a contract saying if the fixed my broken device or could not I'd have to pay. My phone wasn't broken it was a sim card issue and I asked him that before i left . I go retrieve my phone and he acts like he did something it " all done. you just have to take it to Metro and get a new sim card" A decent business does not prey on people like this so close to the holidays. he pretended to work on my phone and I asked why is he still taking the money . He said "the phone didn't need to be fixed" He should not have taken the phone. The phone was not broken it was the metro pcs sim card that got damaged. Refused to speak and told me to "read my contract."

    Computer was brought in for repairs in October 2022. It is August ***************************************************************************** anything. Scared to press the issue based on reviews of business I foolishly didnt read. I did not sign any paper saying I waive my right to updates that is referenced in other peoples reviews.

    This is URGENT!Please advise on the Status of *********************** computer. Service order D 091622-MBP-D-E3 I brought her computer to you on 09/16/22. I have contacted you several times trying to retrieve her computer from you since you havent done anything to service it. Our last text correspondence was on May 31. You said We Will, in regard to you contacting me or her to pick it up. Prior to that the only correspondence regarding her computer was sent to me in December of 2022 saying it had finally been entered into the que. This was only after my attempt to retrieve it the first time. ************** has never been contacted, not once! Her phone number is ************.It has been too long and she wants her computer back. I would like to pick it up ASAP so I can return it to her. She would also like her $75 deposit returned.************** is elderly and home bound, this whole experience with you has caused her a great deal of stress and frustration. I want my computer returned to me ASAP Thank you!

    Hello, my name is ****** and i walked into this business (Apple repair New Orleans) on Monday, june 12. i walked in with my apple watch that had a very minor issue with it and the screen had come up and i just needed it fixed. i came here a year ago for something similar and was it was a whole different environment. i paid for the watch to get fixed and told it would done in 1-2 days, it is now over a week ( june 20) and when i call or show up there im not getting any status update and keep getting the run around. the employee that works there is telling me something different each time i do get in touch with someone. i have read the reviews after realizing something is off and every review is saying that this business is a scam and the owner is a fraud that some customers didnt get their belongings back and that no one should go there. . i wish i would have read this before going there. im afraid that im not going to get my watch back and that i wasted money in attempt to get it fixed. No one should take advantage of people like this and i hope you can help me.thank you. Nehaya

    My son got his ****** laptops power button fixed in September 2022 by this company. In February 2023, my son brought his laptop back in to get the power button worked on again as he had purchased a warranty for the previous work performed as it cost $349. After 7 weeks of waiting to hear back about when his computer would be ready, he made an appointment to check on the status. The gentleman who helped ** told me that he doesnt have to tell me how long the repair would take but that 7 weeks wasnt nearly the longest time he had some computers and if we wanted a PC fixed why did we come to a Mac repair store. Mind you the person in front of us brought in their sound board to get fixed. I then asked for my sons laptop back since he was refusing to honor his warranty. He got the laptop and said he would not give me a refund since he wasnt refusing to honor the warranty. I told him that keeping the laptop indefinitely is not honoring the warranty.     I paid the emergency fee of $130 and called later in the day to have an update on the computer. There was no update and the employee said he hadnt started working on it yet (even though the fee was for him to start working immediately on the computer) so I went in person to check on my computer and he threw the computer out of the window when he became frustrated and gave my computer back broken.

    On September 30 2022 I dropped off my LaCie *** hard drive for repair and/or data recovery. I left deposit of $115 via AMEX and specified on contract that the shop must receive authorization for amounts over $125. On Oct 14 ******************** called at 11:34 am asking me to authorize 700$ for full data recovery. I said no. He called back 4 minutes later & said the repair had already been done & I owed 700 for full recovery. I made an appointment to see him at 1 and demanded he return my drive. He refused and then claimed the drive wasnt there. He said it would come later and would call me. He did not. I want my drive back. My property and my data. Per our contract they were supposed to request an authorization for charges over $ 125. They did not receive that. ********************* acknowledged this during my visit.
