      Been in business with ********** Electrical Contractors since after ******* my AC central system was not producing any air call Mr. *********************** he stated I needed some freon in system charge $300 saying give it 7 to 8 hours I will start feeling cool air never happen consistently calling & texting ignoring my calls finally got an answer stated he will come back but he had death in the family & wasn't answering his phone instead send his son & another guy stating claiming to fix the problem stating it was the fan in the motor still no air producing calling again taking him several days to respond or come when he did come stated it was my ********* needed a new one took it out saying he was bringing it to the shop install motor brought back few minutes late saying give it 7 to 8 hours for results still no air this went on for 3 weeks with the heat index being extremely high I had to sleep in my car some nights because it was 94% that the thermostat was showing still calling leaving voice **************** no respond stating I would like him to return my money he even suggested he would loan me a portable air condition to use until he fix the problem that never happen so I went purchase my own so I could sleep comfortable, with *** not responding to my calls or text I was refer to another company *********************** these guys came that same day fix everything he claim to fix I paid $450 for a new motor showing the motor ******** claim to replace was still my original motor, I paid $175 for a new control board that ******** claim he couldn't locate the part because my system was outdated & the parts was no longer available even stating I need to change my entire system that we both agree to do in the winter when it was comfortable to go in my attic come to find out all my parts are available my system is still updated continue to call inquiring about my receipts for the work he claim to have done still no answer fuels that was removed from system was burnt out was replace

      We agreed to give the customer a full refund for the cost of the labor and the faulty motor that was purchased from the factory.
