I contacted them asking them to please take loan payoff off my credit report. I need to move and it's affecting me getting a loan. First off, they closed my account and I couldn't make a payment online, they NEVER sent me a bill or letter. Car was totaled so I thought everything was fine since account was closed. But if my sister hadn't called, we would have never known there was balance. Now because of this, me and my disabled mom will be homeless.Business Response

I entered in to a loan in 2018 and due to the dealer and the banks shady practices, at the end of my financing term of 6 years the bank said I still owe $15,000 which is ridiculous as I had paid over $50,000 over the course of the loan. I voluntarily gave them the car at the end of the loan term, but refused to pay that amount as it is fraudulent. They proceeded to send a report person to my home when I voluntarily turned o we the car and then sold at auction for *******, and are now trying to collect this bogus amount from me. I see from the complaints that I am not the only one with these issues, this company seems k own for these shady practices.Business Response
