    Metro Service Group has been contracted for our trash services to provide pickup for three times a week. For the last four months, they have been failing to uphold their end of the contract. They have come for pickups once every week and a half. ********** bill monthly. When we contact them, they tell us they are having labor shortages, their trucks are broken, or flat out lie and say they are on their way. This is adversely affecting our community. They have attempted to charge us the fulI contractual amount ($1800 monthly) despite not providing services. We think this is fundamentally unjust and an example of unethical business practices. I am the homeowner's association president.

    Cant seem to get a trash can delivered. I requested one on April 18 2022. Was never delivered. Requested again on April 29 2022-was never delivered. My husband called them earlier this week-May 16 2022. Was told a supervisor would be in contact. Still no phone call. Trash was picked up today and they still havent dropped off a cart.
