    March or April of 2022, employees of Posigen inadvertently removed the solar energy panels from the roof of my residence around. They were supposed to remove the solar energy panels from the roof of the house next door (with the blue tarps nd holes in the roof). In the process of removing the solar energy panels they damaged her roof when they pulled the lug nuts out of my roof. These facts are not in dispute. I have communicated with this company ever since about getting my roof replaced. There was an agreement reached in 2024 to replace the shingles, the felt and the damaged decking. The roofing company that they sent replaced the shingles but NOT the felt NOR the decking with the obvious holes. There are now soft spots in my roof where the decking has deteriorated, my ceiling is coming down, black mold is spreading in my bathrooms living room and garage.I have an estimate from a roofer to properly repair my roof. Since the company they sent to repair my roof did not replace the felt or decking water intruded into my attic and has damaged the sheet rock, insulation and paint throughout my house. This will need to be repaired and my possessions will need to be moved into storage while the repairs are being ************ NOT RECOMMEND this company! I am not the only one. The others will be reporting also as they should not do this to people!!

    I purchased a home that already had the Posigen solar panels installed on the roof. I had several issues setting up payments which turned out to be caused by the fact that the company still had the previous owner's name on the account despite the fact that I had the completed lease transfer ahead of the closing. I have communicated with at least five people who have assured me that my account is up to date and that I would receive an email with instructions on creating an account. After each call and every failure to receive promised information, I spoke to someone else who told me the same thing - that my account was up to date and I would receive an email - but I still haven't received an email with instructions for creating an account and i purchased the home over a month ago. Just last week, when I attempted to "login as a guest" and entered the account number, the previous home owner's name was STILL listed - not mine. I sent communication indicating my desire to sever the contract and remove the panels because i will not continue to do business this way and have not heard back. I would never recommend this company and wish I had required that the previous owners remove the panels.

    PosiGen never disclosed that there was a $90,000 cost to install solar panels, which would be an additional $300 monthly for 25 years. I was also told that I would receive a $25,000 incentive to install the solar panels. The sales *** asked me to initial a form that granted permission to inspect the roof. I initialed the form. I was advised that the roof was in good condition. Without prior knowledge, PosiGen then proceeded to install the panels without any additional contractual information being presented to me. I explained to the sales *** Mr. ***** ******** that I have dual residency in both ******** and *******. It was at that time he disclosed that I would not qualify for the $25,000. However, he had never asked me about my NY state residency status prior to the installation, which was negligent on his part. I became skeptical and ask him for a contract. To my surprise, the permission for inspection had my initials throughout the document. I did not understand how he began an installation if I never signed the contract. He ***eatedly told me it was only for permission to inspect. I am a senior citizen, and Mr. ******** intentionally deceived me in order to obtain a sale. I am demanding that the panels be immediately removed. This is a poor business practice. It also distasteful.

    Posigen send and inspector to my house to certify that my roof was in good conditions to install solar panels as part of the contact and conversation with ******* ******** the (sales person) my roof never leak before 3 month after they did the installation the roof started leaking they send multiple employees multiple time and they all agree that the entire roof needs to be replaced that posigen shouldn't install any solar panel in the roof i contact a roof company for a review of the roof and the roof company suggests to cover the roof with a tart because its was a emergency situation i got very upset and scared the water has cause damage in the second floor of my property in my disabled aunt bedroom. She is legally blind and incapable of doing things on her own.

    We had a *** call us because it looked like a capacitor was not working from their online system. We had to pay $300 for a technician to come out and and look at it. Technician came out and said everything was in working order. This seems scammish

    PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW ITS ALOT OF BS!!!Absolutely the worst possible customer service Ive ever dealt with. Ive been calling every week for the past 6 weeks to get a technician out to my house to diagnose the system. I was informed today that there is a 6-8 week time frame to get a technician scheduled. Least they couldve done was let me know that when I first called. Will definitely not be recommending. Ive had this system for almost a year and never received any information for monitoring. So Im unaware if they ever work, especially since the installed used equipment they pull off another address. I was told that this system was going to more than enough for my house with all appliances. After doing my research this system is only able to supply 15 amps. A microwave pulls right at 15 amps. Completely incapable of sizing a solar system correctly for the house and appliances. Ive recommended Posigen to 2 people since mine was installed, one of them is dealing with the same issues and no urgency whatsoever from the company. I never received my referral bonus. The other never had anyone contact them.They do nothing but take advantage of everyone they possibly can and will continue to do it

    This company is a bunch of crooks. In your contract, you are supposed to get access to a monitoring app. That is an all out lie. They never provided it. I have asked multiple times and have been ignored. **** has stopped giving me credits and my sales *** told me that they are working on it and that they would get me the app. Nothing. I have asked multiple times for the reference number with PECO and the app and have been ignored. Today I texted again with no response. I am getting ready to contact a lawyer to talk about my options. I want answers NOW.

    I have had their panels on my roof since January. After 4 months of calling I finally got access to their website where I am supposed to be able to review the panels' output, how much I am saving, etc. The website has had a banner acrooss the top stating "This is a beta version of PosiGen’s Customer Portal, which is still undergoing final testing before its final release. Please report any bugs or data errors to xxxxxxxxxxx.com". I have sent numerous emails to that email address and have yet to at least get a courtesy reply acknowledging receipt of the email. I have called them repeatedly and have gotten no results. They claim the website is not theirs and they can only send an email to them. Still no response. Their website also list my account manager, but he doesn't even work their. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They get my money every month but I get nothing in return.

    One of the Worst Companies *** Ever Dealt With Posigen is hands down one of the worst-run companies *** ever encountered. I highly discourage anyone from working with them. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious.I originally called to have my solar panels removed as Im selling my home. I submitted payment and waited three weeks to get scheduled, but never heard anything back. When I followed up, I discovered that they had never even sent my file to the scheduling departmentthree weeks wasted. They finally sent the file, and I was scheduled for September 2nd, which turned out to be Labor Day. Naturally, no crews showed up to remove the panels. Now, Im being told the next available date is October 10ththree months from when I originally tried to get it ************ make matters worse, Ive been waiting to replace the entire roof, which was damaged in a storm. As we wait for the panels to be removed so the roof can be replaced, additional interior damage is occurring. Posigen takes 1-2 days to call you back and makes zero attempts to rectify the situation caused by their numerous mistakes. This has honestly been one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. You could go with any other solar company and have a better experience.
