My experience at **** Hotel was horrible from the time we arrived. I emailed the complaint line the night I arrived on March 2, 2024, with no response yet because my sheets had holes and the pillows had hair on them. My complaint stems from a 2 am evacuation of the entire hotel. Everyone stood outside in our pajamas waiting for the fire department to inspect the hotel. The hotel never gave an explanation they just stated all clear and sent everyone back to their rooms competing for elevators. The toilet ran about 5- 10 minutes, the lamps were missing light bulbs or very dim. The business office had no equipment (printer, ink, or computer), the restaurant was shut down the entire trip so there was no where to eat inside the hotel, the television signal would go out or channels could not be watched. Our last morning at the hotel the maids continuously knocked on the door asking what time would we be leaving. They didn't speak good english so I don't think they understood me. I talked to one of the receptionists at the desk a heavy-set black male with locs who was of no assistance. I am requesting a full refund for my stay for false advertisement on the business center, interruption in sleep from the evacuation, several disturbances from housekeeping, dirty and holey sheets, poor lighting and nowhere to eat. The interruption of sleep at 2am really destroyed our trip we were so sleepy and the toilet ran in the hotel room, accompanied by being waken up by the maids didn't help either. Attached are photos, a pdf of the email, and proof of amenities. Date from March 2-4, 2024 Confirmation number H-ZKZPNPSNKQMW
