I am the executor of my late brother's estate. Kid Gloves Moving /Classic Chandelier has/had a large antique mirror on consignment for my brother. Upon his passing I contacted the business and gave them my address, emailed support paperwork designating me, had several subsequent phone calls. Stopped by to see the mirror and possibly retake possession on April 14 2023. Mirror had sold 'recently' and been transported to new owner. I confirmed the mailing address for the check for our share of the proceeds, about $1500.00. Now having made about 5 more calls to determine payout status, I have no information and no payout. the staff is very evasive, the manager is never available to speak with me, the owner was in touch and very apologetic but has not sent the check, confirmed that it has been mailed or responded in any way. I would like other potential customers to be wary of working with this business and any help obtaining our payout would be appreciated. I would rather not go to small claims court, or hire a lawyer, but I also do not appreciate having my deceased brother's children taken advantage of.

I've hired Kid Gloves to act as a receiving warehouse for several of my projects. I am an interior designer and I purchase goods for clients and have them shipped to Kid Gloves. Their job as receiving warehouse is to receive the items, safely store them, and deliver them to my job sites as requested. Throughout the past year Kid Gloves has lost over 15 of my items resulting in me needed to purchase replacements at my own cost. Kid Gloves is extremely defensive and refuses to provide any documentation supporting the location of my goods.I would like to be reimbursed for the goods which I had to replace out of pocket because they were lost by Kid Gloves and I would like to be reimbursed for the receiving fees that I have paid for these goods.

    Hello

Kid Gloves has only lost one tub for said client which we did pay for a replacement. We also broke a toilet which we also paid for a replacement. Any other items that the designer is saying Kid Gloves lost could not provide signatures that we ever received these pieces via *** or Fed Ex. Please let me know if we need to provide documentation and receipts of what we purchased.
