5 starsParked here with friend on 3/1/25 I drove and she paid for parking.$39.95 Found an unreserved spot and paid thru QR code posted, I get ticket in the mail weeks later for $98 for "no permit". I immediately appealed online and sent them copy of charge from my friends credit card, which was listed at "katapr cloud". They said charge was not listed as "premium parking" so we would have to pay. About the same time my friend said they tried to charge her again on 4/1 for same amount. Bank said it was set up as a revolving charge. Bank has since removed charge and blocked any charges from them. When I called them back to complain again, they said they changed fine to $15 as a complimentary gesture. I have not and will not pay the $15. This is a racket- we paid $39.95 plus service fee for 2 hrs which I think is a crime. This puts a bad eye on NOLA and I warn everyone I know about this scam.

This company exploits people and is a scam. They charge outrageous fees for parking, are very quick to fine 10x the amount of the original fee and do NOT have a legitimate appeals process. The worst kind of business.Premium Parking Service, LLC

1 starI believe myself and others may be taken advantage of due to high demand for Mardi Gras parking. I was charged $68 for eight hours which I understand. However, I tried to extend my time by just two hours and I got charged $56. That’s unacceptable. As someone who works solely on tips in the French quarter, New Orleans, this is highway robbery and no company should be allowed to take advantage of people is this way. It’s completely unacceptable and this needs to be changed.Review fromPatricia B

Unfortunately the BBB will not allow me to formally lodge a complaint regarding the excessive fees charged by this company and the lack of accessible customer support. I was charged $50 for a ********************** fee for parking 34 minutes in excess of the $12.50 I paid for 3h parking. I would be more than willing to pay the $2 that represents the 34minutes over budgeted in the half-empty parking lot, however $50 in insanely excessive. I'd like to see a breakdown of where that figure comes from. This represents a 600% increase for those 34 minutes and 300% increase for the TOTAL amount of time in which I parked! How is that justifiable?! Is that not considered price gouging? In addition, I was given 15 days to pay the fine before the price increased, whoever despite the letter being sent from MD [my home state], I received it on the 12th day. Three days is hardly enough to give someone proper notification to pay. What if I was someone that needed to wait until payday to be able to afford this fine?Despite my efforts to contact this company to pay a different amount, I have found no available means to reach customer support. This lack of communication channels is highly concerning and unacceptable.Premium Parking Service, LLC

I parked at their *******, ** location from December 2nd-5th 2024 and was prompted to pay the full $75 monthly fee instead of the daily fee because it would be cheaper. When I paid for this I was not notified that when paying for the monthly fee I would be signing up for a monthly subscription. An additional $75 fee was posted to my bank statement for the month of January 2025. I notified Premium Parking of this error on 1/5/2025. I was told over the phone to submit a refund request. Today I received a notification that this request was denied.I canceled the subscription via the eat website on 1/5/2025 as soon as I was made away of the subscription charge. The website makes it very difficult to find where to cancel the subscription. They also neglected to make me aware of the subscription enrollment. This is beyond fraudulent and should be investigated immediately. Other reviewers have had similar complaints.Below is my confirmation number for case reference.44314360Premium Parking Service, LLC

1 starIf I could give negative stars I would. The area was congested and we could not get the site to load when we scanned the ** code. We parked for no more than 15 minutes. It was an $85 fee on top of $101 unpaid fee. I called the phone number on the invoice shortly after we left and he even thought the fee was absurd and to dispute it. He even mentioned there was a 15 minute grace ******* We still have yet to hear from them.Review fromShirley J

Premium Parking shows a complete disregard for customers. Legal action should be taken and/or a class action suit filed against this company. The BBB is remiss in giving this company an A+ rating with all the complaints I see and my own personal experience. This review is probably a waste of time; BBB won't do anything to tell Premium to do better. I am nevertheless sharing my experience because 1) I will send a copy to Premium HQs, 2) I will send copies to the ******************************* and the *************** and 3) I am tired of having to put up and shut up when companies abuse consumers. On 11/2 I arrived in *********** to stay at a ***************************. No on street spots. I drove into the lot across the street so I wouldn't block traffic. There was no signage at the entrance to show rates or tell how to use the lot and no attendant on-site. Finally I found a sign that said to download an app. No other instructions. I couldn't get the app to work and continued to look for some type of assistance but no attendant. Finally I gave up and left to look for other parking. I couldn't find other parking so ended up returning to the same Premium lot. I finally found a *** booting other cars. He said many people can't get the app to work so cars get booted and fined regularly. He tried to download the app on my phone; after several attempts he gave up. He then tried on my friend's phone. After several attempts and 20+ minutes, he got the app to work and we paid for parking. I paid nearly $400 for 3 nights of parking. Robbery! Weeks after I got home, I received a parking ticket charging me $90 ($65 parking, $25 fine) for 28m53s trying to get THEIR bad app to work. The notice was generated 11/5/24 but I got it 11/14. I had to get cc copies to file a complaint on Premium's website. 72+ hours later I got a boilerplate refusal. I doubt they even considered my complaint. They are a scam; their bad payment system nets them huge additional revenue in fines.Premium Parking Service, LLC

1 starThis company ticketed nearly every vehicle in the parking lot after using their QR code to pay for parking at an event. Could not reach a customer ********************** person by phone. All emails are no reply accounts. I was able to dispute the ticket but also checked the invoice numbers that were chronological to my ticket and finding that over two dozen tickets were issued to other cars in the same small lot due to non payment . Another dozen had already been submitted for dispute. Within in 48 hours I received a no reply response that my dispute was investigated and determined a malfunction. I have complained about their misleading signage about charges for their parking fees. They charge an extra service fee as well as city tax. Why a tax on a parking space? I purchased nothing. I am reporting their business practices to my city councilman in *************. They should have their licenses revoked.Review fromDevon S

1 starBlows my mind that this company is still operating... I (along with multiple other people) have received tickets for being "Parked in reverse" when we are clearly not parked in reverse. Here is a video for proof.... ****************************************************************************************************************
