I think this company is using tactics to cheat customers, by issuing false violations and charge fines, specially for rental vehicles where they charge the rental company the fine and they in turn charge us; and then when we dispute it, they ignore you until you forget about it. And the entire process is so painful since we have to not only work with this company who ignore you for months, we have to then follow up on voiding it and then claim the refund from the rental car company too.Seems like a big scam. After many many attempts filing online disputes, complaints and calling this parking services company, it has still not been resolved after 2 months!! And I already got charged from the rental car company.I really hope the BBB takes action.Review from Katherine S

$62 violation for paying charged amount of $10.35. They say it should have been $12.00. Have parked in many, many garages. You take the ticket, and at the end of stay, you scan said ticket and pay stated amount. How is this a choice?Review from John W

The app allowed me to not fully complete the information needed. The sends me a violation ticket with an additional potential fine 3 times more than I had paid to park the correct amount of time. Once I read the ticket I went to the web address listed and it had been shut down. Had to call the home office to get a correct address. Filed a complaint while showing 100% of the time had been paid for. To make it go away and keep my vehicle from being booted paid $20 dollars for a fine so it would not go into collection. A total word trap with the terms and condition to extract more fee from someone that had paid to park in full for their service.Review from Dr. Leslie T

I put one star only because I had to put something. I give this serice NO STARS! BEWARE - Do not park in Premium Parking lots! We came to visit New Orleans for the 1st time yesterday (6.13.24) and used their parking lot P407. We followed the instructions: send a message to P407 to 504504 - add our contact information, including a PICTURE of our license plate. We did not manually type in our license plate, but used the provided prompt to send a picture - this to leave no room for error. Came back to our car after a long day to find a boot on our rented vehicle. After further investigation, I see the WRONG license plate number on our payment receipt. This is not our license plate, and thus not our error! After our family stood in the parking lot for an hour after a long hot day, we finally got someone to come take the boot off. But, not until after we paid the $146.35. Talk about feeling STUCK! My mom and her husband were also there with us, their vehicle also got a boot put on it. They too followed the exact protocol. Interesting though as their payment reciept did have their correct plate number, even though the ticket on the window said: "plate not in our system" ! This is a SCAM!! We will not be back to New Orleans again. Thanks Premium Parking for ruining out day's visit with family!!!

Premium Parking is a terrible business. If you get a ticket and attempt to dispute it, you get NO WHERE! They advise that they will respond to your dispute within 72 hours and they do not respond. They then charge you an additional $10 fee if you do not pay after 11 days from the ticket. They provide a customer support telephone number that they do not answer. They provide a message chat which they do not respond to. They are a scam. Do not park in their parking lots!Review from Angela B

Horrible. That one star is a negative one star review. There was no sign, no booth, no security, no anything that said pay to park. And it was on a Sunday, most places are free or less. I was given a 97 bill. I dispute it and it was dropped to 47. They try to tell me there were signs. How if you wasn't there to see it? I think this company is run by foreigners that are scamming people. I will report them to BBB. And I will put a sign up that say "see ****** reviews first" next to the "signs" they have. You guys are attached to mall that doesn't even exist because of the crime rates that you contributes too.Review from Anadalys d

I was showing properties on one apartment complex in *********************. I parked on the design spot for future residents, we did the tour and exit. After a month I received a ticket, i dispute and receive an email that the manager will contact me in 72 hours already passed more than 10 days and no answers. Finally I paid the ticket due no answers and, but I believe this company is unfair and terrible service to the community.Review from Chris H

On 4/25 I went to a reds game, scanned the ** code but the website would not do anything when I tried to register my vehicle, thought maybe I just pay afterwards. After the game before getting to my car, I loaded the website again and it worked, but the only options for parking was starting at that moment, not knowing how how this worked, I payed for parking at that moment. When I got to my car there was a $62 ticket.I tried disputing the ticket, asking to have the fine waved and a return of the additional parking I payed for. Since the website was not working properly and there was no attendant at the time to help, but they were there to give out tickets later. I never heard anything back about my dispute. This practice of not having an attendant to help but to give out tickets feels predatory and the fact I tried reaching out but never heard anything back, is the reason for this complaint.Invoice: *******Review from John S

On January 21. 2024 I reserved parking in *********** lot P401 specifically to reduce the walking my handicapped wife would have to do on April 12 during our visit to the city. We paid ***** for that privilege. On April 11 we received a confirmation email assuring us to find a spot and park, that our license plate was all we needed to continue. When we arrived at the lot there were police barricades preventing access, and when I wiggled my way past a barrier I was told in no uncertain terms that there was no way in h*** I could park there, as the lot had been rented out to a music festival, and there was no supervisor or authority I could talk to. I was told to move, and perhaps I could find another spot (meantime our reservation for the Natchez Steamboat deadline was looming). We considered ourselves fortunate to locate a spot in the Premium Parking lot P407 and I called customer ********************** and transferred our information so I wouldn't be towed or booted. ****** maps indicates our walk from the new spot to the Natchez boat was 2/10 of a mile as opposed to 200 feet. The wife used her ****** and we made the cruise with a lot of anxiety on my part. We wonder why we received the parking confirmation the day before, number one, and number two as we were parking another customer was commenting on how he couldn't believe they were charging $30 to park. 30?? Our fee of ***** certainly seems out of line considering the reason we chose the P401 lot. I requested a refund and to adjust our card to compensate the $21.95 we appear to have been overcharged. The response was quick. Premium Parking never refunds once the session has started, despite the fact they rented out our spot to the festival. A second request was also immediately denied. So disappointed.Review from Ken W

I parked at 126 Beale St. Memphis on the evening of 4/7/24 which was a Sunday evening. I have parked there multiple times with no issue but there has always been an attendant. It was pouring down raining and there was no attendant. I tried to use the QR code which would not load, possibly because of the weather as another couple was having the same issue. I tried to call customer service three times but it was never answered, possibly because it was Sunday night, but it did not give me the option of leaving a message. I tried the app but it would not download. When I came back I looked again for an attendant but there was not one. I tried the QR code again, still wouldn't work. At this point I left. About 3 weeks later I received a letter from their collection arm stating I had to pay the $25 fee plus a ridiculous $50 fine. I appealed, explained the situation, and offered to pay the $25. It was denied. I am aware that they would probably not be able to enforce the fine, as there is no signage about the fine, but I paid it anyway. I will be much more careful about where I park.
