      In the early morning ours of 2/12/2025 I purchased an Air ***** ****** Laggassee was selling on TV. The offer was a ***** 30 day trial then pay in 6 payments billed to your bank card. I made the purchase with tax and shipping my total was *****. They took that payment out as they were supposed too. A few hours later they charged another ***** that I had not approved causing my account yo go negative and costing me ****** in over drafts for 3 small card purchases that were less than ***** dollars in total. I contacted customer service and attempted yo cancel the order. They were extremely rude and not willing to cancel the order even though the product had not shipped yet. They offered no resolution and did not seem to care. I would like a refund and my overdrafts to be covered. I only authorized 1 charge and 1 charge only.

      Its Simple, after contacting ************** Customer (Which also handles *************************** ********* ******* as calling their ***************** I finally after calling to complain on last Representative, I was directed to ****** in which she has gone above as beyond with a Product they do handle for him. She checked the email and told me she will reply to that email with the Correct email as Phone number to Address my Pot. She did just that. I sent an email as Called but to no Avail.Pictures of 3qt Pot in which it has detached (Yesterday while cooking. Mind you his Pota as Pans have a lifetime warranty and this Set was his very first set made.Attached you shall find first request sent to Empower. The reply from ****** with Email as number I needed to direct this to. Email The email sent to [email protected] then followed up with a call and to no avail, till this day has not returned .************. I again tried today June 4th 2024 did not leave a message as I assumed someone would pick up. I just want a Replacement Please. Or some sought of Resolution. If it gets repaired I need a prepaid label. But I requested (3) options as this is a Lifetime Warranty and I took so much care of these Pots and Pans. I actually conserved in its box till I started using 2018. I have more to send. Unable to upload all here. Once I receive an email will. Update! Not allowing me to upload even shortening. Please allow me to upload once the individual assigned to this Complaint responds.

      Yes, I ordered the *************************** french door airfryer and the model was different from one I ordered. I called and was given the option to return or have 2 payments taken off of my order. I chose to keep the item and they are charginging me for the full 5 . 4th payment taken today. I want to be reimburse for the 4th payment and the 5th to be waved.

      I was gonna order the *************************** forever pots and pans set I saw advertised on tv. So the next day I called customer service to ask about the lifetime warranty it is advertised with. It clearly says even on the website that the set comes initially with a 90 day warranty and then is backed by a limited lifetime warranty for as long as the original purchaser has the pans. So when I call the customer service and finally reach a representative she proceeds to tell me its only 5 years on the coating?? Thats not a lifetime warranty. ******* himself on the infomercial claims the pots and pans wont peel. Scratch. Dent or warp for as long as you own them. Guaranteed for life and then the customer service representative tells me rudely the coating is only 5 years?? I said thats not a limited lifetime warranty. Again she said the nonstick coating is only 5 years. Then she abruptly and rudely hung up on me. Also. He also claims the surface of the pots and pans will remain nonstick for life and these are the last pans youll ever buy. In any event these people and this company are engaging in deceptive advertising in my opinion and it should be stopped. Even the most cheapest pans you buy can last more than 5 years

      ************************* Door 360 oven purchased less then one year ago is broken. Doors no longer stay open. Appears that a spring inside the unit is broken. Customer support numbers, such as they are, always busy. No responses to emails.
