    Made the mistake of giving them my total payment check (for installing new roof) before they came back to fix a minor issue that the owner said would be no problem to do. No one came the next day to fix it. I followed up several times only to have the owner laugh in my face (over phone/email). They never fixed this minor cosmetic issue. Three years later, one year after their "workmanship" warranty had passed, a wet stain appeared in the ceiling under the roof they installed. Now I'm involved in the ********* Fortified Roof program and didn't think for a single second of giving them another iota of my business since they didn't give a ********************* about my satisfaction after handing over several thousand dollars to them.

    Great experience with this company! I had them fix a problem I had with another roofer and they did a great job! The workers were courteous and cleaned up well (much better than the previous roofer) and they fixed the leaking issues caused by the shotty work performed by the previous roofer. I was very happy with the experience I had with this company!
