    I have been trying to contact Joule for over a month for warranty service and I have not gotten a call or email contact back. This is the 3rd time I have needed service. The first time was to remove my panels to replace my roof and it took months for them to contact me back on that one too. The second time was when my monitoring went out because of 3G cell service being discontinued and they contacted me back fairly quickly to tell me that it would around $1000 to update the inverter to use newer cell technology. It seems unless there is a sale to be made they don't care even a little bit. I am having to contact another company to see if my system can be fixed.

    Our company was hired by Joule Energy as a subcontractor to a project in 2020 and 2021. We provided all the required deliverables as outlined in our agreements but unfortunately, our company has not been fully paid for the services and work we provided. We have made several attempts to reach Joule Energy to resolve the outstanding balance they owe, with no response. We would advise anyone who is considering working with Joule to reconsider or require prepayment to reduce any collection risks.

    Do not buy from or use Joule Solar Energy to install your solar system. After IDA hit the New Orleans area my solar System has not work for more the two or three days before shutting down. I have paid them in full and have a 15 year warranty. I have tried calling them four times and they will no longer answer my calls.
