  I called and spoke with a representative on Thursday, March 28th and she advised me that I could get one sheet of paper that they forgot to print for me. Well lo and behold I called today and the manager ****************** told me I have to pay $40 to get the one sheet of paper that they forgot to give me as part of my return. He is very rude and I strongly suggest for people to go elsewhere to get their taxes done because this place is a rip off!!! These folks need to be put out of business because they dont know how to do business and I will be requesting my fee back through this company since they forgot to give me a copy of my return!!!!

  Ms. Jackson, I regret any confusion that may have arisen regarding the receipt of a copy of your tax return. However, I must address some inaccuracies in your statements. At Fast Tax, it is our standard procedure to provide every client with a comprehensive copy of their federal and/or state tax return(s), including all schedules and statements. During our recent conversation on 04/02/2024, you mentioned that you are missing page 2 of your 2022 Form 1040 (federal return). Allow me to clarify that the copies provided to our clients are not manually printed by our tax preparers; meaning, the preparer does not select which page, schedule, statement, etc. are printed; instead, they are printed as complete sets with the press of a button. Therefore, it is highly unlikely for any specific page to be omitted while others are printed. Regarding the fee associated with obtaining additional copies of previously received returns, I would like to emphasize that this practice is not unique to our firm but rather a standard industry procedure. The IRS and the Louisiana Department of Revenue both impose fees ranging from $15 to $60 per copy for federal and state tax returns, respectively. At Fast Tax, we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and professionalism, which have been the cornerstones of our success for over three decades. I sincerely apologize if any remarks made during your conversation with Jason came across as rude or offensive.   Very unprofessional. Lots of mistakes on tax forms. Too expensive trying to charge it's customers $699.00 for simple tax prep. Retaliates against you by deliberately placing errors on your tax documents when you ask for the fee discounts that they advertise. Management staff equally unprofessional when you try to get your issues resolved.

  On behalf of Fast Tax, I apologize if your experience with us was not what you wanted it to be, but your review is extremely misleading and untrue.Yesterday, January, 30, 2023, I spoke with you regarding the errors on your tax returns, answered every question you had, directed you to the place(s) where you could find the information you were looking for and assured you that the piece of information you assumed was incorrect was not incorrect and the ONE piece of information that was incorrect, was corrected and would not affect the processing of your returns.As you stated, Fast Tax advertises various promotions and price discounts and we have happily provided those to our clients throughout our companys history. You took advantage of one of those promotion and did not pay $699.00 for the preparation, transmitting and electronic filing of your federal and state tax returns. Further, our tax preparer did not deliberately place errors on your tax returns to retaliate against you; the missing r in the first name of your dependent was caused by a keystroke error. If we became retaliatory against the clients that we have provided discount pricing to, Fast Tax would not have a client base and would never have remained in business for over 30 years.Lastly, despite your statement to the contrary, each time you called, I was professional, polite and gave you as much information as I had available. There are some things that you wanted that were beyond my power and control, so I could not provide them to you, but the last time we spoke, I believed that I had done everything in my ability to fairly resolve the issue you had with the company. If there are issues that you have identified that we have not spoken about, I ask that you contact me at your earliest convenience to go over the specifics.
