Back in July 2024 I made a reservation that was paid in full for this hotel from Sept 1-3 2024. I checked out before 7pm Sept 2 2024. Before checking out I had a charge of $75 for the deposit and one for $26 and some change that I unaware of. On Sept 3, 2024 I checked my card again just to see that I was charged an additional fee of $52 and change which was for valet. I was also charged $98 and change for unknown reasons. I contacted the hotel which the trip at the front desk said the charges had to be investigated. I informed ******* that the hotel was already paid in full months ago prior to the reservation date and I was only aware of the valet charge. After about a hour I called back and asked to speak with the manager whom never answered the phone nor contacted me back after the voicemail I left. Also, I contacted my bank just so they can be aware of the fraudulent activity this hotel was doing. I then called the hotel back which ******* told me that there was an issue with there system (which I did not believe because you can see if a guest has paid in full or not) and $150 would be refunded back to my card. Fast forward and the $98 and change charge has been reduced posted to my account. I contacted them again today and am currently waiting for the manger to contact me. In no way shape or form does a business have the audacity to charge someone for anything without notifying them. The only charge I was aware of was the valet which was taken out.
