St. Landry Lumber Co., Ltd. Response
05/25/2022
In response to your customer review placed by *** ***** on 5/24/2022, I do not tolerate disrespect by any of my employees and this occurrence will be addressed. The employee mentioned (*******) is “Not” an alcoholic; he suffers a medical condition known as “*********** *******”. I take pride in my business and would have been very willing to speak with *** ***** about all the problems described had he reached out to me. We are a very reputable company and this is why I have a commercial with such heartfelt content. We do our best to serve each and every customer and I apologize if we did not meet the quality of service Mr. ***** was expecting. We have A+ reviews by many customers which I believe says a lot for the reputation of my company.
Thanks for your time in this matter and again please extend my sincerest apology to Mr. *****.
