    If I could give them zero stars I would. I places an order with them on Black Friday. It took almost two months for my order to get to me. I ordered a hookah pen & 3 hookah shishas. In Jan once I received my ordered I only received a hookah pen. I emailed them several times to rectify the ************** is March now. They never responded

    I ordered a vape on Jan *******. I received it around Feb ******. I used my Vape pin,no more than 6 times. On yesterday March ******,my vape pin became empty of all hookah products,when I was promised to be able to get over 2300 vapes. This is a prime example of a bait and switch.     During black Friday, two and half month I waited for my order. I received my order and it was completely wrong. Over a month I have been trying to contact this company to fix my order. Either I was promise a gift card or something else but no reply, or I get an email saying due to their backlog it was take 2 to 4 days. This has been going on for a month.

    On November 30, 2024, I placed an order as part of Blakk Smokes Black Friday deal. On December 24, 2024, I received an email confirmation stating that my order had been shipped.On January 11, 2025, I reached out to customer service to inquire about the status of my order, as I had not yet received it. On January 13, 2025, I received a response from your team explaining that there had been unforeseen delays and/or system issues, resulting in a backlog with some of their customers.Towards the end of January, I finally received a package from the company. However, to my dismay, the package contained only one item, despite my order consisting of five (5) items. On January 30, 2025, I contacted customer service regarding this issue and included a picture of the order. Despite numerous follow-up attempts, I have yet to receive a response from ************************* a loyal customer who has consistently supported the company, I am deeply disappointed by this experience.

    Blakk Smoke is a horrible company. I placed an order on Dec 4th, 2024 with excitement. On Dec 24th 2024, I received an email stating that a label was created and my order was on the way. That was a lie! On Jan 3rd, 2025 I still hadn’t received my order after extending grace and patience. My experience with Blakk Smoke quickly turned regrettable and disappointing. On Jan 6th, 2025 Blakk Smoke offered many excuses and asked that I select different pen flavors. After reviewing the available selections I wasn’t interested in any of them and asked for a full refund. On Jan 15th, 2025 I received an order containing substitute items that Blakk Smoke thought I should accept. I previously made it clear that I wasn’t interested in substituting and that I wanted my money back! I sent pictures of the wrong items received. I was told that “according to their records, I received the items that I ordered.” I asked that all levels of management be made aware of what was going on. I asked for anyone in the company with decision making authority to contact me. Blakk Smoke is a joke! They will steal your money, make excuses for delays, apologize for not delivering, ask for grace, all while bragging on social media about making millions in ONE DAY! This company will steal your money and not deliver product as evidenced by the long list of similar complaints.

    I really need Blakk to oversee his customer service. **************** for any company should be top priority. I ordered during the black friday sale 7+ weeks ago. Got the confirmation and everything. After a couple of weeks there was no update. I reached out to customer service asking for an update where I got the response of they don't have what I ordered. So that should be grounds for a refund?! So cool.. I asked what was in stock so I could decide. CUSTOMER SERVICE stopped responding. What business does that? So on 12/24 I got a random email that the order had shipped. Well there was not updates on this until today. I received two random pens in the mail that I didn't order. It's so hard to support our own. I don't have money to waste. Yall literally are playing in our face. Fix the customer service because to many are having the same problems. You're adding our money to your bank account and not caring about the customers. Eventually you won't have any customers!

    This company is a joke and a complete embarrassment to people. Why take w money and not have a product. I placed an order in May. I had to reach out I Amex to dispute the charges in August as they only lied via email then stop responding. I hope they get put out of business and that is what you deserve when you are a fraud.

    Blakk Smoke, I never received my pre-order Fruit Flavor Shisha Bundle that I ordered on May 31, 2024, and they claimed all orders were shipped on July 24, 2024. I sent emails, and they say its sold out. When I go on their website, it doesnt say anything about it being out of stock. They did send me my refund; other than that, customer service is no help. I even asked for a replacement, but they kept talking about a refund. I know next time to keep my money. ****** learned. I even contacted ****, and they said, The package has not been received by **** for us to deliver it. We have only been notified that we will be receiving the package; theres no new update on my tracking. The last update was July 24, 2024: A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries.

    I placed an order beginning of June 2024 and didn’t receive any updates until August 2024 after that I received a bullshit notification that my package was delivered and nothing was there I mean I literally was at the mailbox at the time stated and NOTHING WAS THERE this is my second time going through this I try to support black business and this one seems to fail me every time and I’m quite sure I won’t get my money back because it’s states”delivered” when in actuality I personally don’t think anything was ever shipped in the first place

    I totally agree they are taking people money and never sending what you ordered.

    I have purchased on several occasions when they claim there having a sale, and after making a purchase I NEVER received what I ordered. Clearly they are selling more than what they can produce. But on there website they constantly selling and taking orders, when they know they don’t have the products you ordered. It’s simply this is Deceiving the public about merchandise you don’t have, taking there money and never getting what you ordered. Buyers beware!!
