    28 Dec. 2022 I canceled my account because I no longer lived at the service address. Customer Service rep. told me that they needed to come get the gas tank and that there would be a charge for this. Since I was grandfathered into the account the c.s. rep informed me that it was an auto generated bill and to call in when I received it and they would remove it from the account which I did per his instructions. Since then I have received a bill every month saying I owe x amount. I have called every month and spoken to another C.S. rep who tells me the same thing that my account is zero and I will not receive any more bills. Then the next month I have another bill.

     AmeriGas takes complaints such as this very serious. Can you please provide the customers acct. information, name address and account info, etc. so our team can correct with billing and the retrieval of any equipment on the customers property?
