    This company charged me $4000 to install a pool liner for my swimming pool. From the day they left , the pool leaked. They came out and poured some kind of sealant in the pool. It didn’t work. The liner is coming undone all around the diving board. I have called them, emailed them. Left message after message. They refuse to address the issue. I just want them to backup their work. Come fix the crappy job your guys did. Please. I paid you a lot of money to fix this. Please do it right.

    Customer paid $3500.00 to have inground liner replacement installed.  We completed this job in June of 2021.  In October, customer called stating that he was losing water.  We created service ticket and serviced customer's pool in October 2021.  Both skimmers were repaired.  We also administered a bottle of WaterTite into skimmer. Service charged was waived.
    We had no correspondence with customer in 2022.
    From our website, we received email dated August 4, 2023, stating that liner had come out of track in few spots and ground water behind liner was preventing vacuuming. Customer called in service ticket on August 12, 2023.  Customer submitted BBB complaint on August 15, 2023.  Customer also called our office and spoke with manager at 4:45 PM on same day. We attempted to call customer today but received voicemail.  We left message for him.
    We have no issue in putting liner back in track, if he would like.
    We have had no correspondence with customer since October of 2021 prior to this month's email.
