    11/22/24 is the date of the transaction. I paid over a total of ten thousand dollars to this residence. This business provided me a place to stay while I was a tenant in their residence. False report of a collection of over $2500 being owed when I left with good standing. I was never contacted once about this issue and I was a resident of over 2 years and did not change any contact information outside of address.

    Here I have two separate files where in the first file they are sending me a move out statement almost a year after my correct move out date. In the second file here lies proof I moved into another complex with no issues in October of 2020. This company is falsifying records and even sent me an eviction notice when that very apartment was being occupied by another resident.
