A teenage girl hit my wife while driving my truck. Her insurance had this Brandon's on the top of the list. Regrettably, I did not research the business but just blindly trusted that this well known insurance company had vetted well their preferred service providers list. The front end had been damaged and so when I got truck back, I immediately noticed that the steering wheel was 30 or 40 degrees off. He told me he'd reimburse me if I just took it somewhere to have it aligned. He never said it was critically important that it be aligned ASAP. So I drove it for about two weeks. One of these days on my commute home, something popped really loud and the steering jerked me into the other lane, nearly putting me in the ditch. If there would have been oncoming traffic it would have been impossible to avoid a head-on collision. I thought it was a blowout but finally realized the tire and wheel were sitting funny. The bolt holding the A-arm had lost the nut and nearly came completely out. The truck had to be towed. And when the next people went to repair it, they told me that Brandon had not tightened the nuts down and that he hadn't put another part on there to keep the nut from being unscrewed. He refused to cover any of the cost, and even had the nerve to put the blame on me remarking that I was "irresponsible" for not getting it aligned. Another of his reasons for not covering this cost was that he had already gone $1100 over his projected costs and that this too (you guessed it!) was my fault. Somehow the insurance company that had promoted him and paid him did not see it this way. They agreed to reimburse me for expenses I had incurred as a result of his bad ethics and incompetence. Oh, and the truck vibrates and part of the grill is falling off. Some of the other reviews I read on him really seem to align and makes it look like this is a pattern for Brandon ******. Be careful who you choose to work on your vehicle. Choosing Brandon was nearly a fatal mistake for me.

We regret this customer was not pleased with our services as our many others are and have been for years. We have many repeat customers and are indeed noted to be one of the top ranking businesses in our profession. However, we realize everyone is not pleaseable. When this customer's vehicle was towed in, we immediately ordered all parts as listed on the estimate and finished repairs. Upon completing both mechanical and cosmetic repairs we discovered the vehicle would not start. We knew and informed the customer the last thing to be done was to get the vehicle aligned. However, we needed to get it started in order to do so. Obviously, we wanted to make certain the customer was fully satisfied and able to get his vehicle in a timely manner. We went above and beyond and got the vehicle towed to one of the top "dealerships" in Shreveport/Bossier (for a diagnostic, which we paid for). All the while contacting the customer keeping him abreast as to what was going on. Once diagnosed, it was determined the vehicle "would not"
and "could not" start because the customer had a breathalyzer on it and had to be blown into before it could start. Never did the customer tell us a breathalyzer was on the vehicle or let us know that was probably why it wouldn't start. So going forward we still sought to get the vehicle started and aligned. As no one at the dealership wanted to blow into the breathalyzer (rightfully understandable), we asked the customer to go there to do it. He never did. Noting he would not have time. We then paid for the services rendered and had the vehicle towed back to our shop. We then contacted the customer to ask if he would pick his vehicle up (so "he" could blow into the breathalyzer) and take it to the nearest alignment shop to get aligned as soon as he leaves and we would pay for it. This customer chose to continue to drive the vehicle, all the while complaining about how it was driving but, never made an attempt to take it to get aligned as we told him it needed. At that point we had done everything we could've to assist this customer. After all, we could not "make" him take "his" vehicle. But, thank you for affording us the opportunity to respond. Our services and professionalism speaks for itself, as we are still one of the top ranking body shops in our network.

You'll notice how he never even responded to the fact that the bolts came out of the front-end while I was GOING DOWN THE ROAD, nearly causing me to crash--except to say it was my fault for not taking off work and driving my truck somewhere, leaving it, having someone pick me up, then drive back and pay them for what Brandon should have done. He's acting like there was no way around the interlock system after it cost him some money, when the simple fact is he was just too dense to figure it out (per State Farm). And he also never responded to the fact that people who fixed his screwups said he made multiple, major mistakes rebuilding the front-end. Brandon, did me not telling you about the interlock or me not getting it IMMEDIATELY aligned cause the bolts to be assembled incorrectly? The bottom line is he was paid to complete a job and refused to complete it because he made a mistake and it cost him more money than he intended to spend on my truck. That's what he told me as the reason he wouldn't pay for any of this: he had already spent too much on it and that was somehow my fault. I have the text log. And I know what State Farm said when I called them. They were very apologetic about his gross negligence. They would never have reimbursed me for this if they didn't think Brandon was in the wrong.

He never mentioned me getting an alignment until after I picked the truck up and drove it about a mile down the road realizing after about a mile how bad it was and turning around and bringing it back. He never said that it had to be done without hesitation or it was at risk of catastrophic steering failure. Yes, it is true that I failed to inform him of the interlock. But that does not justify him refusing to take financial responsibility for his ineptitude in repairing my truck; specifically, not fully tightening the nuts and installing the keepers that prevent the nut from loosening. The nut was completely gone and the bolt was working its way out of its holes. Even the lady with State Farm said it was his financial responsibility.

I'm not so sure I would be wanting to boast about these stellar reviews. Two or three of them on Google suggest you've done this type of thing to other people.
