Worst credit union there is. Fell behind on car payment due to my wife being in a coma for 41/2 months at home now but no transportation so my wife hasn't been able to do her most needed dialysis on the account of ****** in collection never bothered on working with us to come current with our loan. Plus ****** never took it upon herself to contact the primary applicant, I feel that ****** took advantage of the situation knowing that my wife was in a coma and in really bad condition. ****** is a heartless cold blooded individual, Carma will get her one day for being a very horrible person to others. I just want ****** to be able to feel the pain and suffering she has done to people with feelings. No one is perfect in this world but I do believe that ****** thinks she rules the world and thinks she can step all over the non perfect little people.

RE: Customer Review ID ***** – ****** ****** Complaint Dear BBB, I am in receipt of the letter from the Better Business Bureau to Carter Credit Union dated 5/17/2024 regarding written degrading comments ****** ****** made to BBB regrading one of our employees because our employee would not alter the requirements of a loan Mr. ****** had made with Carter Credit Union. Because of federal privacy law we cannot divulge any details of Mr. ******** account or relationship with Carter Credit Union to the Better Business Bureau or anyone else other than Mr. ****** himself. We will however reach out to ****** ****** by letter to answer any questions he may have regarding the complaint. In our letter to Mr. ******, we will be providing copies of all documents signed by Mr. ****** relating to his loan, correspondence related to the loan and a direct contact person and phone number at Carter Credit Union if he wishes to contact us with any questions. These documents prove Carter Credit Union and our employees acted precisely as required by the signed agreements. We will also provide Mr. ****** with copies of all correspondence we sent him notifying him of actions to be taken if the loan requirements were not fulfilled by him. Since we cannot divulge details to the BBB regarding Mr. ******** account, and since we will be reaching out to Mr. ****** by letter with copies of agreements he signed and copies of correspondence we mailed, and since we have provided a direct contact person/phone number at Carter Credit Union, we ask that this complaint at the BBB be closed immediately. The name of the employee at Carter Credit Union in Mr. ******** original complaint comment needs to be redacted as the complaint is very inappropriate and aimed at the individual who was doing her job.
