    My experience has been awful with this place. It seems like these people don’t actually care about their customers. It’s one thing after another with the body shop. I’m 3 months in with all my parts in for over 2 weeks and I still can’t be told anything straightforward. I guess the workers have their vehicles so there’s no reason for them to work in a timely manner.

    Absolute Horrible Service. I purchased a Ram 1500 in March of 2023, upon purchase the dealership was supposed to send for my car to be titled, taxed, and registered in Ohio. Well after over three months the dealership still has not titled my truck in Ohio. After calling numerous times throughout the process, whether it be to the title specialist, the sales managers, or even the GM. I quickly learned that the management at the lowest levels to the senior levels is not helpful and does not return phone calls. The company has no clue when my vehicle will be titled which also prevents me from getting plates. When I have asked to speak to the owner the front desk states he is never available or in a meeting. When you leave a number for them to call back they never return the phone call. HORRIBLE BUISNESS.

    the Service and Parts Manager, when my wife's 2019 jeep was returned from being serviced, the interior was all scratched up on the dashboard. We want it repaired or repaired by jeep Town & Country on Bert Kouns. Horrible customer service, mean, nasty, insensitive, no respect for customer. Actions were clearly race motivated, Regards

    This vehicle came into Service for a oil change and when we were finished  the customer said we scratched their 

    radio screen. I showed them that the radio still had the protective film on the radio screen and it could be removed 

    which would remove the scrath. The customer then said that she knew of that scratch but there was another scratch 

    on the plastic surrounding the radio screen. These scratches are consistent and in line with the scratches on the radio screen

    that the customer said she knew about. So I  told the customer this infomation.

    I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hebert's Town & Country that has been giving me nothing but problems. Before 30 days were up, I had to replace the battery and have the DTC's cleared. DTC's were 89% blocked which could not have happened within the time I've owned the vehicle. Today, it rained and the roof is leaking. I called to see if the dealership could help with these issues and was immediately told it's my responsibility now. I will never buy another vehicle or refer anyone else to this dealership.
