On November during my visits i was told thqt after 15 November that I didnt had any more authorizations that I needed to wait for Tricare my insurance to approve the additional visits and that I was going to get a phone call and get scheduled and not to come. Fast-forward now to January 23 after a week of being back on to appointments since Tricare approved more authorizations on that day when i checked in I am being told that I have a past due balance of about 275.00 for no show fees. I talked to the front desk clerk who was the same who told me I didnt had any approved authorizations she proceeded to tell me that she would contact the billing department and let them know. Today January 25th when I checked in for my appointment the front clerk representative proceeded to tell me that her supervisor told her that I had the authorizations and missed the appointments. I want to state that I was told by the clerk who books all appointments that I didnt had additonal authorizations, also the fact that I never recieved a phone call, voice mail, text or email giving me a no show notification. I trusted the information that I was given since this wasnt the first time I have been scheduled outside my authorizations and told not to come to those appointments. Everytime I have to wait for authorizations it sets me back on my rehabilitation, since I been a patient and I started cared I have been at my appointments and rescheduled them if needed. I am active duty military and my rehabilitation is crucial for my career.
