  I called Fitzgerald about a hot water leak I had under a slab, a nice young man showed up and after calling the office several times the first day. He returned with a helper and fixed the leak in the hot water line after ten hours of working on the issue. The plumber never review the issue as to what he might need the first day and the second day he made three different trips to get what he need to fix the problem. My experience the service man access the situation and they get what needed and return to fix the problem. Five days later I had another leak in the cold line and after he reviews the situation and called the office and several trips to the plumbing supply he fixed the leak by using a compression fitting and few shark bite after four hours and two plumbers three trips to the plumbing house. Last week the fitting gave up and I had the same leak. I called a local plumber and he fixed the leak by removing the fitting and dug further under the slab to extend the water line. It was a much better job. After $4000.00 they only fixed one issue and sending inexperienced plumbers did not fix the problem. I also had a contract last year with Fitzgerald to inspect and clean my HVAC, I had to call them to inspect the furnace and they never showed for the water heater subsequently I lost the water heater. I used to manage a business and Fitzgerald was on a ball I received a great service at the business. So I called them based on that experience I had with this company in the past. I don't know what happened to this company, when I called them to renew my HVAC contract before the the second water leak happened, they did not have me on the list for a service. I was told they will call me back it has been two month since and I'm glad they did not call me back, my neighbor gave a name of company to service my HVAC and there is no comparison between the two companies.
