We hired Ergon Constructions LLC ( ****** *****) since January 2023 to build our first home, a home which was promised and suppose to build within 6 months from us signing our contract with contractor since we was an easy build for a metal building home. June 2024 will be a whole year and half and our house is still not complete. Workers are complaining about not getting paid by contractor to the point to wear people contractor hired was threatening to put a lien towards our unfinished home.. Our house was $191,000 which $151,000 came from the bank and the rest came out of pocket. Contractor already have way over the bank amount plus more which a lot of the things that been was suppose to be completed is still not completed for example exterior doors, outside of home not completely done, front porch not done and so much more from outside to inside. We don't even have cabinets yet. Contractor always have an excuse and barely return or calls or text messages. We really believe that the contractor spent all the money that was given and don't have any of the mo eat ti complete or home. We've recently heard we are not the first family this was done too. We already did our 6 month extension which is up in June and we are not even close of being done. We want our money back for everything that wasn't completed for the house, or completion of our house by the June deadline. And explanation and receipts of all the money spent already by contractor.
