  We have used Hargrove Roofing for our various buildings over the last 5 years. I wish more of our other vendors gave the quality of service and aftercare that the folks at Hargrove give. I could not think of a better company to work with when it comes to the roof over my head!

  Hargrove replaced our roof after a major hailstorm. They helped with the insurance filing and paperwork and promptly scheduled the job. There were plenty of shingle styles to choose from. They only use Certainteed and GAF which are excellent. We have a lot invested in landscaping, and they took great pains to protect all our plantings and ornamental trees. They covered the entire front of the house with tarps that acted like slides for the debris to fall from the roof to the yard beyond the front beds. Not a leaf was harmed in our beds. The roof looks perfect. They give a lifetime guarantee on their work. Could not have gone more smoothly or produced a better outcome. They were careful to magnetically sweep for mails after all was finished. We have since found only a very few.

  The entire experience with Hargrove Roofing & Construction was smooth, professional, and effortless from start to finish thanks to Ashley W. Ashley helped me through the entire process. I highly recommend this company. The best customer service and professionalism I have experiened from a company in a long time.

  Randy ********* and the management team did an excellent job on reroofing my house. I know this for a fact as I was in the roofing industry for 20 years. Randy was great on follow-ups, easy to get hold of, and returned his calls. This is very important in business today. Thanks again for doing such a great job on installation and clean-up.   I think the sales person was miss leading. I found out that I should have been given an estimate from the company and not per insurance estimate. There was decking work done that I was not to ld about until after the work was done and I need to pay that amount. The insurance company did not receive pictures of damage and did not include the amount(1500.00) in their supplemental check. The sales person asked for estimate money up front before material or work was done. I do not believe that I should pay out of pocket for this decking. Johnetta *******

  1. Hargrove Roofing routinely performs restoration work per insurance estimates; 2. Unfortunately, insurance rarely agrees to pay for pre-existing roof conditions (such as decking that has been rotting for years); 3. Prior to Hargrove Roofing replacing your roof, you agreed to pay for the cost of decking replacement if not approved by your insurance company; 4. During shingle tear-off, Hargrove Roofing discovered extensive pre-existing rotten decking that prevented us from installing shingles in certain areas, requiring replacement; 5. After Hargrove Roofing replaced your rotten decking and improved the structural integrity of your home, we asked your insurance carrier to pay so you wouldn't have to; 6. Unfortunately, your insurance has refused to pay for the replacement decking; 7. Although you are contractually obligated to pay, you have refused. Instead, you have tried to harm our business by posting this review. Although no homeowner wants to pay more than expected for new decking, most that have to pay say "Thank you." They would rather us perform the work instead of taking a short cut (roofing over your rotten decking would have saved time and money, but could have caused additional leaks, mold, mildew, and more expensive repairs down the road). Most customers want a quality repair, and that is exactly what you received.
