    I still have not gotten reimbursed!!Rental Agreement# ********* First I check in for my reservation at **** and sit there for 30 minutes while the employees fumble around and disappear. When I finally get a car its a piece of c*** ***** Polstar 2 EV that they gave to me on less than 50% battery and I heard someone say it was on the charge overnight so technically it should have been fully charged but they give it to me anyway knowing that there was probably an issue. The car I was supposed to get was a regular small economy car. I get two hours away to *********** *********** and look for chargers and find one only to discover that when I plug the car in, it charges for 1 minute before giving me an port error. I try two more chargers and the same thing happens. Great, just great.Thinking Hertz would rectify the situation, I call and fumble with them for an hour before they dispatch a tow which doesnt show up for almost three hours and the lady ****** from Hertz said they were towing my to ******** airport over an hour away to exchange the car and confirmed they had a replacement vehicle.When I got to Hertz in ********, they had no idea what I was there for, had no record of a breakdown coming in and had no cars at any of their locations and told me there was nothing they could do. They watched as I unloaded my car full of stuff with my little ones onto the sidewalk as they proceeded to tell me to call customer service back to get an Uber. I could not spend another hour on the phone with customer service to arrange an Uber back to my house and have someone on the other end insistent again on trying to troubleshoot what I must be doing wrong on why their junk of an EV wont charge. It cost me $125 Uber ride for the journey back to my house an hour and half back to my house.I called customer service when I got home who took my information and nothing has been done. I am horrified at this level of service and want my $300 back for my rental and $125 uber.

    I was over charged for my rental when the total with taxes was $891.00 and they took a $1000 and something dollars out of my account plus they did not refund me my deposit but when I call they allegedly returned it to my account my account has not returned deposited posted. I never got a close out receipt of the break down of my charges I'm going off of hearsay from the customer service agents, this is ridiculous and I feel like I'm a victim of being scammed
