      Purchase a Volvo Xc 90 from them with 94, 000 miles. They said the car did not qualify foran engine warranty. I had the car less than a year and the car needs a new engine. I’m stuck with a car I can’t even drive and I feel they sold me a lemon car. I’m stuck with the finance company and the people that I brought the car from won’t help in any way z I am so frustrated. Car I love so much had only 7 months is now broke needing a new engine and can’t get help from anyone.

      Lakeshore chryser dodge jeep in slidell is very unprofessional and something needs to be done about it. i just walked in for service and was refused service with no explanation. when i asked why, he then told me "working on my car would be a detrimental to the company" then when i pulled out my phone to record him saying this , he then told me that im not welcome on the premises & at this point i, now trespassing. i was lost , confused & embarrassed. but then i remembered last year i didnt like the service ********* left a one star review on the page. so is this truly legal for a business to turn away customers for not so good reviews online.

      They wanted me to fill out a customer experience survey after my service..., I did...and I did not LIE to give them a 5 star review...I got a low score on my review because I told the truth....I am now BANNED from doing business with them because of this. I thought a survey was to improve customer service.. not get rid of the costumers who had an issue...and told the truth. I also thought surveys were anonymous. I have a new car with ***** miles on it. What am I to do now?

      I bought a jeep in August of this year nenof the top panels was damage and they told me they would get a replacement for it. Also a second key was suppose to be cut Ming from ****** as soon as it arrives they would call they didnt. There was suppose to be the tool to get the doors off it wasnt in there so the guy that sold it to me said he would get me one he never did. Ive called about these issues multiple times with nothing being done. I do not recommend them at all.

      I recently bought a new van and was happy with my purchase as I left the first day. However since buying the vehicle, I was given misinformation, passed over by several employees including two managers. My sales rep was not able to finish what he started bc he no longer works there. My problem was never taken care of due the misinformation I was given. I was offered or bribed depending on how you look at it with an oil change to cover my troubles. I asked to speak with the general manager and was told that he is very difficult to get on the phone and that I could not leave a complaint about the employees that were helping me. Over all bad experience and will not buy a vehicle from them again.

      This car dealership has no sense of what business ethics is or honesty. Not only do they allow salespeople to miss lead customers with lies about vehicles being still available to see which customer gives a higher price but; the management supports it and does nothing about it !!! BE AWARE of this place !! And aware of ************************* - this sales person will LIE to keep you on the hook and waits to see if someone else gives a better price.

      the service of this company is RUDE,NOT HELPFUL,RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS, TELL YOU WHATS WRONG YOU PICK UP CAR PAY YOUR BILL ,CAR DONT MAKE IT HOME ,BRING BACK TOWING IT BACK ,TELL YOU THEY TRY CHANGING OTHER $1000.00PART PLUS LABOR STILL CANT SAY IF PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED TELL THEM TO STOP JUST CHANGING PARTS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO B PROS THEN THEY SAY YOU OWE $200.00 TO PICK UP CAR FOR SCAN THEY ALREADY DONE AND NOT FOUND PROBLEM FIRST TIME ,,,,BUT SECOND SCAN MIGHT WORK,,,SO OVER $1500.00 later ************ COPPED ATTITUDE WOULDT EVEN LET US PULL TRAILER ON YARD

      Purchased a new jeep from this dealer. Good purchase experience but started to have suspension and fuel door issues pretty much right away. ****** has been trying to fix for 18 months. Came today for yet another appointment and was quite literally thrown out and banded by ****, the service manager for leaving a low score (1.9) on the last post service customer satisfaction survey. This is wrong on so many levels.

      *********** manager first name *********************** up the phone in my face because he and I was arguing about damage his employee did while replacing a part on my vehicle. This man was rude and very unprofessional. I have called that facility and left a voice message on the phone of the manger whom I asked to speak to. I have also contacted *** corporate and left messages. Nobody has contacted me as of yet. So basically their service **** damaged an area of my vehicle while fixing the part on the vehicle I initially bought it there for and he lies and said the issue was already there before his people did the work. After arguing with him he hung up the phone in my face.Zero stars to this man and the *********** department at lakeshore *** in ******* **.

      When we applied for financing through Lakeshore, we were taken full advantage of. Despite having excellent credit scores, Lakeshore Kia ******* put ** at the top end of a banking deal with extremely expensive costs and add ons, making it nearly impossible for me to refinance this auto with a more reasonable loan.My husband and I are both in our seventies. We feel as if the finance department at this company is predatory and took full advantage of us being too trusting. ****** learned. I am also trying to rectify the situation and am not even granted the courtesy of a call back. I need to find out who owns this company so I can write to him/her directly.
