    On March 3, 2024 I placed an online order at 1000 for a pick up time at 1230. I needed the lunch order on time due to a meeting commitment. When I approached the carryout order pick up line at 1228, the hostess stated that they were out of onion rings and wedge fries. She said she would have to refund me on those items but I still haven't received a refund. She didn't even offer a substitution! I stood at the counter for 20 minutes before receiving my partial order. This incident caused me to run late to my appointment and with half of the food for the event. I called the manager on March 6, **************************************************************** back. I never received a call back or the refund. I am requesting a full refund of $38.53 immediately for the missing items in my order and horrible service, especially given the wait time.
