    They were not professional, lied to me more than once. When job started they did nothing to protect my shrubs I had just planted not six months before they started job. Lost 3 shrubs. Also had to use a personal compressor after one of theirs stopped working. Said they would replace facia under pool enclosure, my husband ended up doing it after their employee tried to remove facia without removing gutters, using a recuperating saw. They put shingles over spline one screen enclosure so when company we hired to replace the screen, I had to call them to come cut shingles off metal frame attached to house so screen could not be removed with shingles over spline. When they came back to cut shingles one of their employees pulled a drip edge off roof, used to divert water and in pulling it off he hit new screen and put a 13 inch cut in new screen that was put in that day. Cost us $150 to replace and ***** and his employee ***** said they would pay the $150 back to me just submit receipt which I did and they refused to pay for it, even denied it even happened. I had text and pictures I sent to him and he just stopped responding to me. Liers, liers,liers.... I even spent 2 hours cleaning up the mess they left. Don't hire them!!!

    Mrs ****** this is ***** Bergens responding. I'm very surprised that you chose to write this scathing review on 3/22/23 over a full year after we replaced your roof. ********************************** my father and our company founder, personally came out after the job had been completed to address your concerns. The main issue that got us off on the wrong foot was your pool enclosure being installed in such a way which made it impossible for us to perform the work I had originally estimated, it was a very unusual situation that I had not come up against before, but on the morning of installation ***** explained the situation to you and *************** you told ***** you understood our reasons for not completing that portion of the work, and you were not charged for that work. In addition, well after the job was completed, we came back out and removed a couple of vents that were no longer in use, free of charge, as a gesture of good will at which point you told ***** that "we were good" and you were satisfied. In regards to the shrubs and the compressor issue honestly its been so long I can't remember those details. We did your sons roof and he had a great experience with no complaints, we then came and did your roof, gave you a significant discount to price match a competitor, and installed a GAF manufacturer warranty that the competitor could not even offer. You've had your new roof for over a year and haven't had any issues with the roof installation. I tried calling you to see why you're choosing to attack us over a year later but was not able to get you on the phone so I left a voicemail on your landline. We are certainly not perfect, and your job did not go as smooth as most of our installs but when all was said and done we replaced your roof in 1 day, you had no leaks or issues with the roof installation itself, the owner of the business was out at the job site multiple times to work through the issues with you, and we went above and beyond doing things for free that were not on the contract. The part that is most upsetting is that *****'s last interaction with you a year ago was positive and you said you were satisfied and then out of nowhere blast us with damaging accusations so long after everything has been shut and closed. Makes no sense, but I guess you can't please everyone no matter how hard you try. Anyways your roof is under a 10 year installation warranty so please call us if you actually have any problems with the roof and we'll come out with a smile and good will to take care you.
