They charged me almost 5,000.00 and when I drove 2 blocks and turned the car off it would not go into drive. Same problem I went there to begin with. My car got towed. It cost me almost 300.00 to get it out. I took the car back up there on a trailer. A couple days later. They called said they drove it and it was fixed. I took off I went a couple blocks and turned my car off went inside cellular place. Came back to car and it would not come out of park. I called them they informed me everyone was at lunch but when they get back someone will come help me. I sat there for 4 hours and none came. I had a friend call up there. They said they never drove it. I called European motors and they told me they never replace the computer in those cars. They said they send them to the dealership to be reprogrammed and it cost at the most 800. I had a ffriend with a diagnostic and it said my car needed a foot module. Which I bought for 50.00 You unplug the old one and plug the new one in and have it programmed. So they never fixed my car and over charged me by thousands and was rude to me. That’s a lot of money to throw awayBusiness Response

Dear ****** ******
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We genuinely regret to hear about your experience and are committed to resolving this matter promptly.
Upon reviewing the details of your complaint and the services provided, we would like to clarify the situation:1. Initial Diagnosis and Repairs:
When your vehicle arrived at our shop, it had been towed after previous attempts at repair by your boyfriend.
Although European Motors usually doesn’t replace the computers in those cars, because someone before us had been in there messing around with it, the unit had been corroded and damaged beyond use or reprogramming. It was completely unresponsive, requiring the module to be replaced.
Our initial diagnosis indicated various issues, including the necessity of replacing the battery and the engine control module to get the vehicle operational.
A comprehensive list of additional safety-related repairs was recommended, covering the oil level sensor, overdue oil change, control arms, and severely worn tires.
The foot module was indeed discussed; however, the decision not to proceed with that particular repair was made by you.
2. Communication and Assistance:
We understand there was confusion around the assistance provided when you were stranded. We sincerely apologize if our team did not meet your expectations in terms of response time.
However, not long after that phone call, your brother drove the vehicle up here, stating that you could not get the vehicle into reverse. Both your brother and our staff were able to crank and put the vehicle in reverse without any issues during this visit.
You may not remember when you came up here, as it was clear that you were very tired at the time. During our discussion, you appeared quite fatigued, which could have contributed to some miscommunication or misunderstanding regarding the repairs and decisions made about the vehicle.

3. Cost and Payment:We acknowledge the payment-related issues and provided storage without additional charge during the period when the balance was due.
I am glad you found a foot module at such a low cost, which suggests it is likely used. While installing used modules is certainly an option, our shop cannot accept the risk associated with such installations. This decision is based on our commitment to providing a warranty on every repair we perform, ensuring that our customers receive reliable service with a guarantee of quality.
We empathize with your concern about feeling as though your money was wasted. However, it's important to acknowledge the extensive labor and expertise our team contributed to amend the complications stemming from your boyfriend's prior attempts at repair. Despite his lack of experience, we diligently rectified the issues so the vehicle, which had to be towed in as it was inoperable, became functional once more. You were able to drive it away successfully, albeit with a list of further service recommendations, such as replacing the foot module. Our goal has always been to ensure your vehicle's optimal performance and safety.
We aim to ensure all our customers feel informed and fairly treated, and your feedback is invaluable to us. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and work towards an amicable resolution. Please feel free to contact me directly at ************ to arrange a convenient time for us to talk.
Thank you again for your patience, and we look forward to resolving this matter to your satisfaction.
Warm regards,

I took my truck to Parker Tire and Alignment on 05/03/24 because my ac flowing from my vents was blowing more weak it seamed. It was blowing cold as always but not as much flow. They took it to the back and after 3 hours I was told by Trey that it needed a new compressor, condenser, and evaporator expansion valve because of leaks at the cost of $1988.56 not including ac system recover, evacuate and recharge. I drove off and less than 2 hours later my ac was blowing hot. I never had that problem until I took it to Parker. Took it in without that problem and brought it out with a problem. I called Parker and was told it's pretty much my problem. Terrible way to treat a disabled veteranBusiness Response

Tell us why here...Dear ***,
First and foremost, I want to express our sincere apologies for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. At Parker Tire & Alignment, we take pride in providing exceptional service and honest assessments, and it deeply concerns us to hear that your visit did not meet these standards.
Upon reviewing your situation, it's important to clarify that your vehicle was brought in due to issues with the AC not blowing cold air. Our technician's assessment revealed that there were indeed leaks within the system, specifically from the AC compressor and condenser. These leaks were allowing the refrigerant to escape, which was detected using a specialized leak detector tool. The presence of only 0.37lbs of refrigerant in the system upon inspection indicates a significant loss, which aligns with the symptoms you were experiencing.
We understand that the AC seemed to function immediately after service, but the underlying leaks in the compressor and condenser meant that any new refrigerant added would eventually escape, leading to the hot air issue you encountered. This outcome, while unfortunate, is consistent with the identified leaks and the system's inability to maintain refrigerant levels.
Regarding the charges for diagnostics, please know that our team invested time and resources to accurately identify the issue, and we made an effort to recharge your system with freon at no additional cost to provide temporary relief from the problem.
We genuinely appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and would like to discuss this matter further to find a resolution that acknowledges your dissatisfaction and aims to regain your trust. Our commitment to serving our customers, including those who have served our country like yourself, is unwavering, and we are here to ensure that your concerns are addressed thoroughly.
Please contact us directly at your earliest convenience so we can work towards making this right. Your satisfaction and trust in our services are of utmost importance to us.
Warm regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
*** ****My AC was blowing cold. Checked it with thermometer at 40°. It's never blown hot and I did not bring it in for not blowing cold in fact I even stressed that fact with **** who assisted me upon my arrival. So your accusation of me saying it was blowing hot is a lie

Not sure what else we can say. Please have another shop look at the truck and explain to me how anything we did could have caused two obviously old leaks to appear. The system needs freon to work and it is leaking freon. That's literally documented by it being drastically low on freon at our initial inspection. And if not for AC testing and work why did you bring it to us? And why did you agree for testing time to find out what the issue is with your AC system if your Air conditioning was working so well? Take it elsewhere and if they find us at fault they can reach out.Customer Answer
