    I have vyve broadband for internet service, for lack of a better option. For the past four years I have had internet speed issues and connection issues daily. I have reached out to the customer service line at least once a week to get this resolved. They have replaced the modem that I rent, the drop cable, and the cable from the home to the service tap a dozen times or more. I am still having service issues and when I call in to vyve they schedule a service and no one shows up or even bothers to call. This has been going on the past three weeks. I get with billing to adjust the bill for my time out of service and am told that the problem has to be resolved before they will do anything. My wife and son both have school online and are starting to fall behind over this.

    Had VYVE Internet for almost two years. Not much choice of services in **** *****. Service was OK when avaialble but impossible to get ahold of someone when there was problems. Second issue is they charge you another $14-15 a month for their wonderful internet box. Went to Best Buy to buy another to avoid these charges. Spent two hours on the phone with someone who clearly doesn't understand English well trying to make it work and finally gave it up. Took the VYVE internet box back to the office in ******** and signed my cancellation. After two months waiting on the refund for being charged for the entire month, I called the office. Sorry, no refund for partial months (almost 25 days). Keeping your money. They of course were "surprised" to hear how noone told you any of this, but its in the fine print sucker. gave them one star only because we are not allowed to use zero.
