            On 7-12-2021, CDM moved my mobile home from 1008 Eastern Meadows Dr LC,LA 70611 to 455 Scheufens Rd LC, LA 70615. While transporting my home, the mover dropped my home off the axles into a ditch causing twisting and bending of my frame, axle and tongue, also blowing out 3 tires, breaking a window and popping out wall they were just rebuilt 2/1/521 after destruction form hurricane in 2020, once that were able to get mobile home out of the ditch, while in transport to its new spot, the driver hit a main power pole ripping the front corner panel of trailer apart leaving bare wall and floor showing and insulation. After paying $3500 cash to Bubba Simmons the owner he left, leaving 3 men to work. I received a call from Kathy stating I had to pay another $750 for materials with credit card. I asked her what they were going to do about the damage and she said she did not know. My trailer was not properly lifted, blocked and strapped and the crew left. Per my contract stated was not blocked and straps. Failed to honor my contract or take responsibilities for to maintain a secure load and able to control.

            In one word....SUPERIOR Absolutely the most wonderful experience! Bubba, Misty, and Kathy were amazing from the very first phone call . We called them just to hire them when we found a home, but they actually helped us purchase one and moved it for us. Then Patrick and his crew showed up. Very professional, superior equipment and wonderful attitudes. Patrick , Tim, Brad, Bryan, James, Lewis, Kaleb, lil Joe, Bryson, and Steve the driver went above and beyond. The owner called several times to ensure we were pleased. Highly recommend!
