    On March 29, 2023 I was sold a 2014 ****** Pathfinder by Miller Motors. Motors. Hesitant on the buy, I was ensured that the warranty I purchased included a deductible of $100 and if anything was to go wrong go to ****** within 3years to 36K miles. This made me feel more confident in the purchase, I paid a $5000 deductible and began financing the car with ****** Fincance. On *** 8th I took the car into ****** because it began emitting black smoke and a burning smell from under the hood. I was upset by this because the first car note was not due until *** 13. I was told by ****** that it was the Control Module and coolant fan. On *** 15th I picked the vehicle up I was given a $782 bill and told the warranty was the worse seen since the 90's. I called Miller Motors to inquire about the warranty and was given no clear information. Every person I spoke with acted as if it wasn't their job to look into it. After paying *** and ****'s note I received a threatening message on ******** saying that I had to turn the car into Miller Motors or I was facing criminal charges. I called for clarification however none was given as to why I was being asked to return a car that I am paying on. After days of pointless calls I finally spoke to ****** who said the car shouldn't have been sold to me because it has a Branded Title and Miller Motors had to buy it back. I was told I should receive my $5000 down-payment + The 2 Notes for *** and June ($367.49 each) and a letter showing the loan is cancelled . I called Miller Motors and told them via email that I had no problem bringing in the vehicle now that I knew what as going on but upon so I would need $6516.87 which included the repairs. I was told they would get back to me however, the next morning I woke up to a stolen car. Miller Motors admitted it was a "repo" by them and only issued my Deposit they refused to give me a statement saying they have the car that is still on my credit and stopping me from purchasing another vehicle.
