  2 weeks ago I had a issue with my car Catalyst Converter called *** at Auto King and he told me that he will have someone tow my car free of charge in the morning. The next day at 7:30am he called to ask for my address and tow guy came to my home in a matter of 20 mins. 1 hour later he called and told me 3 of my converter are burnt and need replaceing which I knew bc ******* told me 2 yrs ago. *** said he will bring my car to the BMW place and have it checked as well. He said my car will be done by monday, monday came the car did not come and he called and it will be here tuesday morning.but the int. visit he said my car total to repair is 1800 and 900 down pymt and put me on a pymt plan I said perfect now back til tuesday I called around 11 that part still did not come in. My husband said lets just go there my car was in the parking lot not inside the shop he said he just called and the part is on the way. My husband and I went and had lunch down the street and *** called put in 3 converters and the part came and now he finished. Picked up my car car was running horrible than I brought it to him he said drive my car for 100 miles and the new converter will settle in. 1 week later car was getting worst and worst and *** had the nerve to ask about a pymt and within the week i called *** and he did not answer. Between my work schedule I did not bring my car back, My husband was patching it will fuel cleaner to get me back and forth. Today 9/26 on my to *** car died and the mutliple lies and excuse begin. I called the BMW place that *** claim he took my car and Barry said nope never seen my car and I can bring it to him and he can see what the problem is. *** will have u thinking he is helping u and offer the pymt plan and all what he can do to make ur life easier well WRONG he made everything worst. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO JOE PASS THAT SHOP UP LOOK FORWARD AND DO NOT TURN UR HEAD LOOKING IN THAT DIRECTION.

  This place is a scam!! They overcharge you and they do not even fix our vehicle($1980.00). The owner does not even guarantee his work. Poor service and poor quality of work and he does not even return your calls. So, we drive there and he does not honor his work or his word. We would not give us a refund of the job he did not do on our vehicle. We had to get our vehicle repaired by another shop which costed us more money in Denham Springs at least it was for $600 less than what *** ***** charged us. It was fixed correctly.
