    Midway Automotive Corp gave an excellent customer service in purchasing a car, friendly knowledgeable staff, would definitely go there again .

    We had a very smooth time working with the group at Midway Auto during our recent purchase of a Ram 1500. **** led the transaction and was very easy to deal with. Everything felt fair and upfront. Truck was delivered in a timely manner, clean and ready to go. Very pleased overall!

    I would give negative stars if I could. I called on a truck that was listed on the web. The truck was available and the listing was the correct price. On my only day off of the week, I went down to look at the vehicle and really liked it. Then took for a test ride in which I spoke with another salesman who wasnt the one I called and told me to ask for him. I then take it for a test ride and made my decision to proceed with the transaction. After I sat down with second salesman and hand over my keys to my vehicle and registration so they could evaluate my trade my salesman asks how I saw the vehicle in which I said car gurus. He then told me the price on the internet was wrong. I was stunned, and he said the vehicle was now ******* more than the internet price. He said they priced it wrong and changed it the prior evening but it takes 24 hours to change. After wasting over two hours of my time in which it took 45 minutes to get there and be lied to on the phone and then present this to me after I test drive and also after the trade evaluation is completely uncalled for. If I was told earlier, on the phone or even before the test ride I might have been a little less mad, but to do it as we start talking about the numbers is truly a ignorant game being played. This dealership makes other dealerships look bad because they completely lie to you for start to finish. Thats not a place I would like to do business with.
