      This Store, while nice in appearance and offering a great selection, lacks in the common care of customers. I attempted to return an expensive sweater and unfortunately did not have my receipt. I was a given a really hard time and was told because I had no receipt, I wouldn't be able to return it, even though it still had the tag on it and I provided proof that I spent money at the store when I purchased it through my credit card. Other stores in the area can very easily look up a transaction through credit card information and may even offer a store credit. Not this place they denied me anything and told me to take it up with customer service. Rude and inconsiderate.

      This company, The Paper Store must have the worst HR **** in the country.I have been in several store across the East and Into Fl and no matter which store I am in I have witnessed employees being put down by District Managers.Corporate employees sending directions on how the floor should look and then a day later sending a District Manager in to have the whole display removed and changed?Corporate Headquarters do not seem to be able to let their Store Managers run the stores, who have done excellent job prior to The Paper Store taking over Hallmark stores and not understanding the importance of HALLMARK. Hallmark is what draws people into a store, not The Paper Store.Please, please get rid of the Corporate people who are so controlling and let the employees who know how to run and set up a store do their job. These employees loved their jobs before you bought the Hallmark Stores and now they all want to walk out of your doors and QUIT,Please **************** some of the customer comments. None of them are good. Changes need to be made in MA.
