      Will H. at Byrna provided outstanding customer service! I made an ordering mistake - 100% my fault - but he handled it with such grace and generosity that it turned a potentially disappointing situation into a positive experience. It's rare to find this level of care and attentiveness these days, but Byrna is truly setting the standard. Highly recommend both Will H. and the company!

      I bought both the ** and LE launcher universal kits for my wife and daughter as Christmas presents. In addition I also bought holsters, extra ammo and extra CO2 cartridges. Over $1000 total. And I didn't even get the oiler kits that show on the invoice. I bought the ** for my wife, who has difficulty handling a full size pistol, thinking the smaller version would be easier to handle. It turns out that the grips are the same size. The ** is just less powerful, a little shorter and the sites aren't good. My wife was able to shoot the LE just fine so I asked to simply exchange the unfired ** for another LE and I'd gladly pay the extra $100. Byrna won't budge from their very arbitrary 14 day return policy. Most retailers give you a 30 day return/exchange policy but Byrna apparently hasn't heard of a simple exchange. They will do NOTHING past their 14 day refund/return policy so don't waste your time. **************** is important. And 14 days, especially during Christmas is ridiculous. This is why I only give them an average rating. I'll continue to buy CO2 cartridges and ammo from them (since they're the only place to do that) but I won't buy another launcher.

      I love Byrna, I own the Byrna LE, which is just a joy of craftsmanship, the surprising thing is how easy it is to conceal carry with a pancake in small of back! It packs a wallop for sure. I will also be getting the *** for lightning quick home defense, and the Mision 4 for any kind of a prolonged encounter. The helpful staff at Byrna do everything they can to help, whether that is answering all the questions you may have, helping you trouble shoot any issues, or creating their extensive video resources. Everyone should have a Byrna, the world would be a safer and more humane place.

      Love this company! Bought A LE at regular price then 3 days later it went on sale at 15% OFF. I texted and expressed my thoughts. ***** handled it with her supervisor how credited me back the difference. They didn't have to do this but did. It meant alot to me so I ordered another LE with all the accessories.

      ******, was most kind, transparent and clearly explained all options and questions, particularly the oil cartriges, extra kinetic cartridges and the gas cartridges that apparently is a mix of pepper and tear gases. That I did not know. Our experience was off the charts and we give ****** our highest praise and 5 stars

      My phone inquiry today with ***** at Byrna was exactly the kind of customer support one needs. Without detailing the entire matter here (for your sake), it's clear ***** (and, by extension, Byrna) strives to be helpful and informative (and patient, as I had several questions requiring evolving discussion topics.)

      I highly recommend Byrna because there was an issue with receiving my first order but Byrna (Miss *******), helped to resolve it very quickly. The problem wasnt on Byrna but with the shipping carrier and in just a matter of a couple of days I was informed that another shipment was on its way. The representative (Miss *******) stayed in touch with me the whole time. Very polite and helpful, friendly. I am totally impressed with the young lady and the service that I received. I am truly suggesting that you give them a try. You wont be disappointed!

I sincerely thank both Byrna, for being EXTREMELY gracious by replacing my target tent TWICE AND ESPECIALLY ********! This ***** lady is a true customer service professional that ANY company would love to have DOZENS of. You have a GREAT employee in this young lady.
