Sent a few items to a friend overseas. One item was from Gift Basket Overseas. Was contacted by them saying the address was wrong and it would be an additional $25.00 to delver to the correct address. The part that worries me is the other item i sent (not through this company) got there with no problems. I do want to point out, the other item was a letter and not being hand delivered, it was mailed. GBO did make several attempts to contact me when they were having issues delivering, which i appreciate.Gift Baskets Overseas

Something out of our control as you may understand. Nevertheless, by contacting your recipient, we managed to redirect it to a new location, which was the reason for the extra fee and we thank you for being so understanding about this during the process. We are also happy to know that in the end, your gift was delivered to your recipient.In any case, we would like to mention that this extra shipping fee was reverted back to your account with the intention to ensure your satisfaction and as a gesture from our side for your trust in our services.Thank you, ***.
