      I got a Jamie Oil postcard in the mail. EVERY WEEK. So I thought I would try them. The make you sign a contract, and in the contract is AUTOMATIC DELIVERY whether you NEED oil or NOT. The also give you a promotional price to start as well. 1. the 1st time they came to visit and filled up my tank with oil, it was very little (I don't use that much oil). Got the bill and the bill was incorrect (we are having "glitches" with our billing system") then they fixed it. didn't need oil but they delivered yet AGAIN, and AGAIN the billing was wrong and was told (sorry we are having "glitches" with our system). So now 2 deliveries when I didn't need oil and 2x billing "glitches".So I get a call from the sales guy asking if I needed any oil and I advised NO, I still have more than 3/4 tank, and am told ok we won't deliver this time, HOWEVER 4 days later I get a delivery and the bill is WRONG again.I ask why I had a delivery when I specifically advised that I did NOT need any and that my bill was still WRONG for the 3rd time. Of course now I am mad as it appears NO ONE knows what they are doing at this oil company!. I am told that their billing system has "glitches" again (what, do they have billing glitches EVERY month?) I told the lady that I already spoke to sales 4 DAYS AGO and said I didn't need any oil at this time, and was told "well, we must have some bad miscommunication" REALLY? I started to get hot under the collar and was told not to use language like that. So they DON"T PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER! THE BILLING SYSTEM IS A JOKE! THEIR COMMUNICATION IS A JOKE! The lady on the phone then transfers me over to another lady who then said "you signed a contract for AUTOMATIC delivery of oil", I ***lied, "if it's automatic, then why did your sales *** call me and ask me if I needed oil?" Then she goes off on me says that "you signed a contract.." Now I know why they have you sign a contract... So they can get away with doing these deliveries when you DON'T NEED OIL.

      The company responded quickly to a winter weekend no heat call. ***** was friendly and highly experienced. Identified the problem quickly. Had the part on his truck. Couldnt be happier. Thanks, Jamie Oil.

      The team of **** M, ****** P, and Teddy * were competent, informative, professional and quick. I thoroughly enjoyed watching them expertly remove and replace my boiler. I would have them back any time for similar work. The work was done for the original quote and I am pleased with the value.

      I had ****** visit this morning to do an oil burner cleaning. He was efficient, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable about his work.       Jamie Oil has been my heating oil dealer for many years, and service not only my residence, but my rental property as well. They have always been reliable and prompt, and their technicians have always been top notch, I never hesitate to refer my friends to Jamie Oil because they are always prompt in returning calls, particularly during emergencies. They have expanded to provide plumbing services, which are also excellent!
