My husband and I are active duty military. We use a benefit for daycare called child care aware. While our certificate was pending we made payments to the daycare as directed by child care aware. When child care aware approved our certificate child care aware made payments to the daycare busy bee learning center. ***** care aware has a record of agreement for the amount we are supposed to be paying to the daycare and the amount child care aware is paying for each month our child attended. The daycare is disregarding their contract with child care aware and the agreement with child care aware and trying to charge us more than they are contracted to charge us. We also were going to send our other child there and we made a deposit and registration fee but decided this was not a daycare we would like to move forward with so the director said 75 was non refundable but that 360 of it was going to be refunded - that did not happen either. (I have this correspondence on email). The business is not returning the overpayments we made to them. Theyre not following the guidelines of child care aware. We have terminated services with them. We have made several attempts to explain the situation to the daycare. We sent several emails and spreadsheets explaining the situation. They are not being honest about payments that were made to them and backtracking on previous correspondence. I would like the situation resolved and we have tried extensively with the director but she is incorrect and being uncooperative. I have attached the email and spreadsheet we sent to resolve the matter. The director wrote back now stating we owe her **** dollars which was exactly the amount we said she owes us. She knows this is untrue but she is trying to drag this out so we walk away and she keeps our money. This is unacceptable business practices and a common theme with this establishment. This is my last resort to try and resolve this matter. I have emails and proof of everything.
