    Purchased brand new 2024 ****** Tenere 700 which included the installation of OEM heated grips on motorcycle. When the bike was turned over to me the grips were improperly installed, coupled with missing parts from the handlebars, uncut zip ties causing a hazard on the motorcycle. The bike had to be brought back to the dealership after arguing with them over the missing parts asking initially for me to pay the difference. Fast forward, the poor installation of grips has now resulted in an electrical failure in the heated grips, which the dealership is NOT honoring the warranty. In retrospect, this dealership has poor reviews all over social media and I would caution anyone from purchasing from this dealership.
