MAY 9, 2024 SO I had to go back to Diamond bc my POS 2018 Encore has a recall for the Turbo and a separate recall for the purge valve. The check engine light came on and i guess enough people complained about this crappy engine GM decided to repair it for free. Diamond fixed the problem at no cost, However, I started smelling something coming from the engine compartment after a few days. Then the check engine light came on. So I took it back, and they told me the check engine light was bc of an O2 sensor and the smell was a leaking turbo oil line. Ready for this, They wanted ****** to replace this line. And an additional ****** to replace the O2 sensor. It gets better, they suggested I replace my spark plugs, ****** which was done 6000 miles ago LOL, maybe they go by miles, but either check one, or have a conversation. I also asked about the transmission flush ******, but they wouldn't apply my "Diagnostic fee " towards that purchase. I took my car out of there and went to *******. Ready for this. The oil line for the turbo was hand tight, gee, wonder how that happened? ( Recall repair, maybe somebody tampered, or "checked it") So they tightened it , All fixed, charged me *****, I gave the guy a tip for being so gracious. As for the O2 sensor, miraculously, NOT throwing a code now, WTF Diamond, you are a bunch of scammers and I am calling GM. That's the last time you get Any money from me.JUNE 2023 Be very careful before you sign on the dotted line. The free oil change and battery for life protection is VOID if you go anywhere else for anything for your car. I mean anything, wiper blades, tires, light bulb etc. I understand they need to make some money, but the last time I was there getting service, they charged me 90 dollars to change my cabin air filter and 65 to change the engine air filter LABOR only another 30+45 on top (it's almost criminal) . oh, after examining the bill, there was an additional 1/2 hour of labor, so after I called them o y

Awful service, even though I called 3 times and left a voicemail nobody knew my car was there to get serviced. When I finally got a hold of them I got attitude and nobody wanted to take accountability of the problem like many people I would like to leave 0 stars. They also charged me $200 for driving my car 2 miles and telling me there was nothing wrong. Crooks is the word I would use

Would like to rate them zero!!!!!! Went to look at 2 new cars and confirmed they would be there the night before. When I arrived at the dealer the main vehicle I went to look at was not there (they claimed a family member of the owner took it home), the other vehicle I went to look at was there, but was completely filthy and was being driven by a manager with over 600 miles on it. I reluctantly ended up buying the car due to the fact no dealer in area wanted to swap or barely had selections of cars on the lot. When I got the vehicle home, found numerous scratches/chip on car, a dent and scratch in glass, engine compartment filthy etc. I wanted to bring it back but they were too quick to run the registration. They also do their paperwork electronically and I never received my purchase paperwork, only deposit paperwork. I asked the manager and salesman to rectify my complaints, no response. I called ************** and so far after a few weeks have not responded to their emails.Do not buy from this shady dealership!

Would like to give them 0 stars. Scammed and lied to us on a new car purchase. We figured out we were getting screwed and asked them to cancel the contract before 2 days were up. We had received nothing and no modifications were done to the truck. They initially refused and when I threatened to cancel the deal with my credit card company one of their managers said we would be committing a felony if we attempted the cancel the sale. Finally called the credit card company to put a freeze in the payment. After telling them for over an hour to cancel the sale, they finally agreed. Stay away from this place.

Dealership admitting allows for bait and switch tactics. Luckily I didn't fall victim, nor did I become a customer. My experience was so beyond horrible with this dealership, customer care put me in touch with the CEO.Ended up going with a Lincoln Corsair.  Dealership has been told to stop contacting me and continues to have different managers harassing me.

The service team and lack of communication is atrocious. We spent 5 visits for one diagnosis on our Chevy traverse. And they continuously charged us for labor and parts. They knocked off the diagnosis fee after continuously messing up. Wrong diagnoses. Multiple visits. Multiple breakdowns in communication. Its like the techs are inexperienced and the communication with parts and the advisor doesnt happen. No one knows what is going on and its all extremely and poorly managed. GM should investigate this dealer and coach them how to run a service line. BAD. BAD. BAD.

We explained to *********************** and her husband where the miscommunication was and apologized for the inconvenience they experienced. The parts that originally failed on her vehicle were supposed to be ordered and unfortunately were not placed on order by our parts department. When the parts eventually came in and were installed, a part that our technician tried to salvage ended up failing. This resulted in another trip to the dealership which we are sorry for. The technician originally thought the sensors would not need to be replaced and attempted to use them again. We understand the frustration completely. We offered a very large discount and it was not sufficient for ***********************. She wanted the entire repair to be taken care of by the dealership due to the inconvenience. While we can't just cover the cost completely, we heavily discounted the repair. Again, we understand their frustration. We have no interest in having a customer come back and forth to the service department. This was an unfortunate series of events and we feel we did what we could to appease the customer.

I was cheated and taken advantage of-do not go there.I traded in a new ****** dollar car for a used used car to save some money, but they maneuvered the contract so I would pay a little less per month, but pay a lot more over time.I would have actually saved money keeping my car, or perhaps trading it in at the *** dealership.

*****, we would have changed the terms of your purchase or canceled the transaction completely if you felt it was not something you were comfortable with. We feel badly you feel this way and welcome you to sit down to see if we could help further. We certainly didn't "take advantage", we were clear and upfront during the entire process and have paperwork from the start of your visit with us to show you to perhaps remind you.
