So far, so good (if not great!) with Martin Property Management. We found a great home in ****** that met all our needs as a husband and wife moving across the country. ***** accommodated our virtual tour request, and ***** answered every question we had along the way. Communication super ******* advice for other would-be renters is always to call (don't just live in application portals), communicate extremely clearly, and do your research. Renting in **** will always be different than almost every other state based on norms, standards, and the crazy competition.Thanks team.

We were in a time crunch to find an apartment and we are so happy we found Martin Property Management! The application was process was easy and there was great communication throughout the process. ***** was great to work with, very professional and responsive. The Martin team was great to work with as my 2 roommates and I settled into our new place. Communication was efficient and punctual, and they helped us get set up on the app where it is incredibly easy to make rent payments and request any service related needs. Our unit was clean and newly renovated, and when we noticed that there was no coax outlet to connect WiFi, ***** and the team handled the situation professionally and promptly.
