    We bought a water filtration system that cost approximately $4500 to have clean water in our home in November 2023. We live in a town that is notorious for high contamination levels in water and it isnt able to be consumed without filtration. They stated one filter is to be changed yearly and the other two in the unit, every 3-5 years. The tech, ********, assured us that we could change the filters ourselves when the time came. She did not tell us that we had to order the filters through her because this company doesnt deal directly with consumers. So we are at their mercy. 7/6/24 our water was brown. We called G&C to figure out why. They sent a tech, but stated they werent really sure as, the filters should be good, but theyd order one on the house and install a flow restrictor tomorrow, to see if thats the problem. We also wanted them to test the water. But they stated ******** is the only tech who is knowledgeable with the filtration systems and is on vacation for a few days. They never came or called. We called them at least twice more. The last, being today. Now today, ******** has gone home sick for the day. But they wont let us speak to anybody else. There HAS to be someone else that can fix this! It has been more than 2 weeks and we havent been able to drink or use the water in our home. We have spent $4500 on a useless filtration system and we keep getting excuse after excuse. We are SO frustrated! They scheduled the installation and took our money quickly, but now that they need to fix their faulty product; we cant get anyone to call us back!!

    I apologize for your frustration; I spoke with my office, and they showed me the timeline and responses to each and every one of your calls, we did send a senior tech out there after your initial call and determined after asking you and your husband a few questions that the cause of the ***** water after the filters were installed was because the town flushed the fire hydrants, that even happens at my own house after the town flushes the fire hydrants by the way, even thou it was not anything to do with the installation or the filters themselves, we ordered you new filters at No cost to you and we even ordered you a few extra (at No charge) so you didn't have to worry about it for a while, The Senior tech also determined that your pressure was a little on the high side so not to chance it we also installed a pressure reducing valve (normally $1200 with parts and Labor) at No charge to you. We Apologize again for your frustration in having to wait for the new filters to be shipped to us but we have No control over that, I hope you are completely satisfied with our efforts to resolve your situation, if not please contact me directly.
