I hired them to renovate out gunite poll in April 2022. They have yet to complete the work, telling me waiting for the lights to come in although was told they were expected in August, it is now October. The work they did was sloppy, they have not remedied that. They have not completed the installation and do not respond to emails or calls. I was harassed into paying them or they were not even going to deliver the equipment they had. I would like the rest of the equipment they promised but have not delivered or a refund for those amounts.Customer response

I contacted WaterCraft Pools for an above ground pool and deck sales/installation. 4/22/22 ****************************** came to my home, I accepted his quote and gave him a check deposit for $5,000 The work was promised to be done end of May/ first week of June. At the latest 7/4.To date, August 10, 2022 the work has not been done, there is no timeline to come and the company website, FB page and ph# have been disconnected. When they never showed, I was told if I cancelled, I would forfeit my deposit, but the company just never came to do the work and now have closed. ***************************** ************ ****************************************************Customer response

There has been no resolution. I told the business that I contacted BBB for support. Their response was that then they wanted $12,500 before they would deliver the pool and another $12,500 before they would bring an excavator. This was not the agreed upon payment schedule. I did not agree to be paying $30,000 (more than the cost of the pool) without any work or promise of work being done.
How can a company never come yet hold your deposit?

I hired the company WaterCraft pool (Blue Aqua now ) out of ********* ********************************** ************ on June 30, 2021 to replace an inground pool liner and do beam repair work for the cost of $7900. I gave them a check deposit of **** the next day that has been cashed. This work was supposed to be done end of August / early September of 2021. I have had zero contact since that day with the owner ***********************. I have been told by the secretarys that my liner is still in que. I have had no updates as to when or even if they are doing this work. No return calls by ***. Ive asked for my deposit back and still nothing. I have since found out that a relative of my fianc had the same exact issues with this company and its was $14,000. It wasnt until the cops got involved that the money was returned. The secretary told me *** was doing no liner installs and only pool openings currently. I not only want my money back but want to make sure this isnt happening to other people as well.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have since found out that this company has filed for bankruptcy 3 times before. They have many complaints against them from what I see on social media sites. I have found no recent bankruptcy claims for this company. I still have not been contacted from the owner. Theres been No attempt to refund my money. Ive also since found out that somebody I know was in the exact same situation with this company after giving them $14,000. They have chnaged their business name to Blue Aqua pool in *********. With the same number. Same employees working the front desk. She told me *********************** was still in charge and she didnt know why they changed their name.
