I placed order number ******** on December 18. I have not received the order. I have reached out through email and social media numerous times with no response. The tracking number no longer works. I was charged $62.79 and expect my order to be delivered or at least get a refund.Customer response

Order was placed prior to Christmas. A tracking number was sent and order has never moved. I have reached out several times via email, there is no phone # and through PayPal. I have heard nothing from them. So disappointed. I just want a refund if my $61.19Business response

I ordered a bundle pack of dry shampoo before Christmas (12/20/22) for $61.48, a charge that went through on my credit card. I received a shipping notice 12/22/22, but still have not received the products ordered. No tracking info. Ive reached out to customer service via email twice. They dont answer their phones, and no ability to leave a voice message. Nobody has responded to my online inquiries. I will not be making any further purchases from this company, though I do love their products (what a shame). HORRIBLE customer service. Im shocked that theyre able to stay in business.Customer response

I placed an order on 12/18/22, I received my order 12/28/22, the package was missing an Item as it was supposed to have two full size dry shampoo and a travel size one. I only received a regular size and a travel one. I have reached out multiple times, through the contact button on the website and also called a number that was on ****** for them. I have yet to hear back from anyone, at this point I am so annoyed. Don't know what else to do about itCustomer response

I placed an order November 26th. On December 6th I received tracking information. However, when I try to track the order status on the site, I get a message that says to contact the retailer for the correct tracking link. Similarly, the tracking number has no order record on Living Proof's site or the shipper site. I cannot get a response from customer service through email or social media. Meanwhile, my card has been charged nearly $90 for the purchase that seems to have disappeared.Business response

I have not received my order. I have not heard back from anyone regarding my order placed a month ago. I have reached out multiple times and have not heard back. My order total was $83.86.I received an email stating failed delivery, then in the same minute received an email stating that my order was successfully delivered. I contacted DHI shipping, where I spent 20 minutes on the phone only to be directed to contact ***** the shipping service in my area. After calling the number I was given by DHI and being on hold for an additional 25minutes I was told that the number I was given was not for the correct *********** and that I need to contact the original sender. I am agitated and would like to know what I am needing to do in order to receive the shipment I had paid for. At this point I would be satisfied with a cancelled order and refund.Business response

I got a living proof shampoo and conditioner in a fab fit fun box two weeks ago. I have washed my hair four times since and at first I thought it was just my hair reacting to new product but tonight 8/29 when I washed my hair my head got really warm with while doing the lather so I immediately Rinsed and my hair began falling out on huge clumps and breaking off. I am extremely concerned about what is now happening and I dont know where else to go to report this. If someone would PLEASE get back to me immediately regarding this situation I would appreciate it. My scalp hurts feels as if someone is pulling my hair and a little over an hour later its still coming out. Phone is best way to contact me. Thank you.Business response
