      I received a solicitation phone call in the summer of 2024 from Blue Book Network/Dodge Construction Network. I manage a small junk removal business and was interested in ways to grow the business. I was sold a lot of lies. I was told that the platform was a way that small businesses could get contracts and have opportunities to win bids. I agreed to pay ****** monthly for the services of their platform. Immediately, I saw that things were not like the sales representative explained to me. The platform had different companies that were not looking for the services I performed. Every contractor in "rubbish removal " was looking for dumpsters for their construction crews to use. My company only hauls away trash at residential and commercial properties. The network was designed for construction, demolition crews and not for my services. I tried to stay on to see if anything would change. I paid for one month, but was very vocal from the beginning, that this is not what I signed up for. On top of that , the bidding process is designed for experienced estimators. This is not for small, inexperienced business people, but for larger companies, versed in the bidding process. I voiced my complaints to several different representatives, but nothing was resolved. I finally spoke with Juleyan ******, who is in the cancelation department. He was so nice and listened to my complaints. I was assured that the issue would be taken care of and I could cancel due to the jobs not matching my description of services. After that, I thought this nightmare was over, only I never heard back from him despite calls and emails. I emailed the cancelation department directly and still no reply. Today I was contacted by a law firm, saying it's my word against there's and I need to pay thousands of dollars. This company is a scam and are making money off the backs of small business owners, ignorant to their tactics. There are so many people online that says the same thing. They are liars/scammer

      The business has referred me to a law office. They are trying to get me to pay for a service i couldn't use.  The attorney office information i uploaded to you on last email. Please call me ************. I need help. This company is scamming small businesses by promising to have jobs , but not delivering on that promise while locking them into a contract. This is illegal.  The contract also protects the consumer.  There are many cases like mines and this company has to be stopped.

       I signed the contract, under the promise that there were jobs under my job description. After speaking with multiple businesses, I realized all junk removal jobs did not need laborers, as they are completed by the construction team. I brought this up to attention of personnel. I've done 100% of my part to try to get leads ,based on what was promised under the contract. There were no jobs and therefore the contract should not be enforceable. I am willing to come to an agreement to adjust to what is owed for a total of 3 months of service due to the miscommunication of the sales agent who signed me up.

      I have been a member with blue book for 30 years and to be honest I just liked the name recognition I mostly do residential not commercial projects. I emailed them after a year of service that I'm not continue with them. Then said I signed a 2-year contract, and I have been doing this for years. I was told by the *** it was a yearly contract. Anyway after 30 years with them no professional ******* and they sent me to collections. This is a terrible compony and should go out of business.

      Dodge construction led my company to believe that they could get me photogrpahy leads using their software when I would attend pre-bud meetings and make phone calls just to find out that they werent looking for photogrpahy services at all.After I missed a few payments they ordered me to pay $2600+ to fulfill my payment term of a full year and I wouldnt get to use the software until I paid. After paying collections I was told I should hear back from them and after weeks I didnt hear anything from them so I reached out just to be informed I had a remaining ********** weeks passed by and nobody informed me as my account time was running out and the collection agent ghosted me and I I havent heard from them in 7 weeks.I would like a full refund for poor services and lack of remorse and lack of urgency to resolve this issue.

      I was suckered in on this marketing plate form promising my company jobs and it doesnt work and so I have asked for a cancellation and they continue to charge me even though I dont use it.

      Do not sign up with this company they are a bunch of crooks, I had automatic renewal in January 2024 without realizing it and I was about 2 weeks in to my new year contract when I called them trying to cancel because I no longer wanted their lead service ( they offer a bad service where leads dont even respond back once you bid for them). They refused my cancelation even though it was only 2 weeks into my new year so they want me to pay for the whole year which is more than $2,000 for a service I no longer want, I even told the manager I would pay for the whole month but to cancel my service and they still refused. So I stopped paying their invoices and in May they sent me an email saying they were going to suspend my service for non payment but even if they dont provide the service they dont stop invoicing monthly and expect you to pay for a service they no longer provide. Now I have a guy from collections trying to collect $2,966 from me for a service I didnt use, I tried to settle my debt for $988.68 until May when they suspended my account but they still refused, they want to force me to pay for the whole year. So Im just here to warn people that want to sign up with them please dont do it, you will regret it and they will scam you for your hard earned money. They prey on small business owners trying to grow their business.

      We agreed to a 12 month contract with this provider. Despite a total lack of leads provided by them, we honored the full 12 month contract, issued a 60 day notice of our intent to not renew, and parted ways. Now they have hired a third party collections firm to chase us down for an additional 12 months of payment due to some sort of loophole in their contract that I cannot find, nor can my attorney. They have been harassing my partners, and have threatened penalties due to delays in payment. This sort of predatory behavior is unacceptable. Any other small company not ran by lawyers, retired bankers, and industry experts may fall prey to such threats, and attempts to elicit emotional responses that may be damaging. They have threatened to attack our credit, which directly affects our hard working employees. They have made unprofessional comments in their email correspondence in an attempt to elicit anger.       After thoroughly reviewing our records, we want to clarify the Dodge Construction Network and Stronghold Construction *********** agreement. On July 5, 2022, Strongholds Vice President, Mr. ******* *******, signed a contract to procure Dodge services for one year from August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023. Dodge fulfilled all services as per the contract.

      On July 11, 2023, Mr. ******* reached out to Dodge Customer Support with a cancellation request at the end of the contract term, and on July 14, 2023, our team confirmed the subscription expiration date as July 31, 2023.

      We deeply value our partnerships with companies like Stronghold Construction and apologize for any misunderstandings regarding the billing or any concerns related to collections. We never intend to create undue hardship for our customers, and were committed to working with our partners to resolve issues amicably. Were taking this matter seriously and will ensure that any external communications on our behalf are handled respectfully and professionally.

      I had a stroke April 3rd and was in the hospital from April 3rd-9th. I since suffered from seizures which is now coming to be from long covid. We spoke with a *********** and he stated in July that he will continue to keep my account on hold until 8-12-24 when I would come back to work. I am a small minority-woman-veteran owned business. This is my only source of income, what was promised needs to be honored. this needs to be pulled from the collection agency. Everyone including my sales *** says there is nothing they can do. the *********** is no longer with the company. This will truly have me back in the hospital if I cant get any help. Please help.       I am writing to formally dispute unauthorized charges and question the legality of a contract initiated by Dodge Construction Network (DCN) on behalf of Checkmate Roofing.In late December 2023, I engaged in a preliminary discussion with a DCN representative as the owner regarding potential services in ********* and *******. Following this initial contact, we did not proceed with any contractual agreements as I wasnt ready to move forward. **** eventually called our sales line and spoke to ******* my sales rep. **** decided to send him over a contract to sign without talking to me. He signed it and the rest is history.Despite the lack of a legal formal contract, DCN has billed Checkmate Roofing approximately $7,000+ for services not received. This unauthorized billing is compounded by the fact that the contract was signed by an individual who does not hold a legal signatory position within our company. We also never utilized the product. I have provided documentation confirming the individual who signed the contract does not have legal authority to bind Checkmate Roofing. I can provide the operating agreement upon request. I request an immediate cease and desist of all collection activities, and for them to drop all the charges in this matter.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

      Trialed the Dodge Network/Blue Book for one year. Software was not something that helped us as they promised. Although i canceled the subscription after the one year trial on the small print of the contract stated that there would be an automatic renewal if the account was not closed 30 days from the date the contract was signed. Although I filed complaints and was told the account was closed 6 months later I am getting harassed by a collection agency. Embarrassing that professional companies would blackmail people like this still. These guys are full blown crooks.

      The blue book network was solicited by a third party market company to generate business leads and help grow our business. They fell short on there agreement and when we opted to cancel they wouldnt let us. They are a scam
