I paid Key Credit Repair on 10/2021. I paid them a little over $150 and the lady that I talked to on the phone told me that they would contact anybody that I owed money to and come up with a percentage of what I owed to pay. She told me normally around 30%. She said that they would contact anybody on my credit report and talk to them about a percentage to pay roughly 30%. When I contacted somebody after I paid the money they told me that they only contact people that are on my credit report and the people on the report they call them and they do not negotiate its up to them what I have to pay. The lady lied to me about what they would do to fix my credit report. I talked to they guy on the phone about getting a refund and he had me write an email and have somebody decide if I can get a refund. I replied back and asked what was going on with it and have not received a reply.Business response

We do work on all your negative accounts that are on your credit report.
We did refund your payment of $149.95 a couple days ago.
Depending on your bank it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to go back into your account.

On June 7th I paid for a service. I was charged $149 on June 7th and $79.00 July 7th.No service was ever provided and I requested a cancellation and refund.The service was cancelled and I was not subsequently charged, it they have refused to provide a refund of charges despite never providing the service paid for.I expect a full refund.Business response

KCR **** charged me for the duration of March 2021 to July 2021 and there has been a decrease in my credit score.Inahve repeatedly reached out to them asking for their supervisor since the agents do not have knowledge relating to the issue.To date I have not received a concrete response.A month ago I asked for the individual who manages the supervisor and have still not received a response.I have repeatedly indicated that I am concerned their actions have caused further damage to my credit score and report.Yet there has been no response.Business response

i will accept a full refund of all payment made to KCR along with written guarantee that KCR will take steps to rectify the damage they have inflicted on my credit score.They should send appropriate notifications to the reporting agencies.Thereafter I want all my information to be destroyed from their portal as well as any hard copies they have.
Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

Key Credit Repair promised me results more than 90 days ago and I quit after not seeing any positive gain on my end.I feel their company lied to me just to get me to sign up with them. Hello I started service with key credit repair in June, between then and today's date of paid a total of $522 to the company. Key credit says if no changes to your credit report from them within 3 months you can get a refund and that's why I'm in the process trying to do , because nothing changed via there company. I'm speaking to some of the same people every time I call they're giving me attitude. They're requesting my three credit bureau report sent to them but I'm having some trouble with this process, their representatives have personally requested my credit karma and Experian login so they can access my report but now it's an issue for them to access my report when they pulled it the last time I spoke with them.Business response

Originally contacted inquiring about fees for services rendered if I decided to work with them. Immediately I began recieving spam robots calls from them before even getting a chance to accept or deny services adding up to ***** harassing calls and voicemails every single day all hour day and night and they wont stop.Business response
