    The doctor performed more work than initially agreed upon (6 cavities/fillings, when she originally told me it'd be 2). She then showed up to the appointment an hour late (after being behind an hour at my first appointment). She proceeded to perform the work and halfway through she stopped to see another patient. In total, I sat in her chair for over 3 hours while she simultaneously performed work on me and bounced around to other people. The work was extremely painful and at one point she told me that since I was already there "let's just get it all done". The work she performed started to hurt badly the next day and within 3-4 days I could no longer chew anything on the right side of my mouth. I called to make a follow up appointment - which was very difficult to schedule - and the dentist who initially did the work couldn't even see me. The dentist who did see me took an xray to see if my tooth was broken (which it wasn't) and proceeded to tell me that the pain may go away on it's own (which it hasn't, 3 weeks later) and he put a small amount of a numbing agent on my tooth which did not help. The lack of care on their end was sickening and the forcefulness to do more work than initially discussed is alarming. I decided to give them one more chance to make it right and went in to see the dentist again today (because I still cannot chew anything on the right side of my mouth, one month after getting the work done). I sat in their waiting room for over an hour, and the dentist was so far behind they did not know when she'd be able to see me. This place performs poor quality of work, does not care for their patients, is always running extremely far behind, and does not take their patients issues seriously. They also appear to have their own agenda and do more work than is needed. They need to be investigated. I spoke to other dentists about my experience and they all said to file a complaint and never go back.

I understand dental emergencies can be frustrating and I am here help. Your care is my priority and I would love another chance to insure your comfort with your treatment. Your x-rays and treatment plan was sent to your insurance prior to your visit which included all fillings that were completed. Should you want to come in for any adjustment, Id be happy to help.
